Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.
The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Be sure to visit Atlas’ new world-class cocktail bar and lounge next door to The Ruxton called Order of the Ace.

Great meal and cool vibe. Chopped salad was a great starter and Filet was delicious! First dessert on menu was killer!

Brought my girl here for her birthday dinner and was pleasantly impressed with the ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant. The food was good and the service was top notch. Would definitely recommend it for a special occasion.

We came in to celebrate both a birthday and our five year anniversary. To start off we will definitely be back! I read some reviews so I had an idea of what I wanted to try when we came in and what to stay away from according to others experiences for now. We got the Tuna tar tar which was butter soft and fresh, the caviar on top added the right amount of salt and crunch to contrast the citrusy vinegar base. After that we got the Cobb salad with caramelized bacon was great but I’d say next time I’ll ask for a bit less blue cheese. For the entree we split the Dry Aged Bison Steak with a side of waffle fries and chimichuri sauce. The steak was lean with great taste but we will be trying either the New York strip next time or one of the Wagyu. Our server Taylor was very attentive and had great recommendations! This is definitely a place where dress code is important (as it should). The prices were fair for the quality of food and I didn’t think it was unreasonable.

Made a reservation to celebrate My Love’s Birthday. Our server Jordan was outstanding! She went over everything on every menu, gave us suggestions for parings and was delightful. We had the tater tots with caviar, wagyu sliders, chilled shellfish salad, Caesar salad, duck breast, filet mignon, loaded baked potato, mac and cheese with truffle and blue crab and also drank a glass of Nebbiolo Paitin and The Rat PAC. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend. Great experience. Would love to come back soon.
