Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.
The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Be sure to visit Atlas’ new world-class cocktail bar and lounge next door to The Ruxton called Order of the Ace.

Dinner service was slower than normally, but everything was great, Brianna provided outstanding customer service. The lamb chops were fantastic, as well as the salmon.

Our dining experience at The Ruxton was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable service and culinary expertise of Patrick. From start to finish, every dish was a masterpiece, and Patrick's contributions as both our sommelier and server made the evening unforgettable. The ceviche was an excellent start, boasting just the right amount of heat to tantalize our taste buds. The lemon butter prawns with confit tomatoes and smoked trout roe were divine, a perfect blend of flavors and textures that left us wanting more. This dish was a testament to Patrick's skill in curating a meal that delights the senses. My wife was equally impressed with the miso honey glazed Chilean sea bass. The tomato dashi, summer squash, and Katsuo bushi elevated the dish to a whole new level of flavor, showcasing the kitchen's prowess in preparing seafood. I opted for the chicken fried twin lobster tails with Nashville honey butter. The lobster was perfectly cooked, and the honey butter, loaded with red pepper flakes, added a delightful kick. Each bite was a harmonious blend of sweetness and spice. Patrick's service was exceptional. Not only did he expertly pair wines with each course, but he also crafted a unique dessert that was simply out of this world. The ice cream topped with Sherry was a delightful end to a perfect meal. We will undoubtedly return to The Ruxton, not just for the fabulous food but for the amazing service. Patrick's ability to enhance our dining experience with his recommendations and personal touches makes him a standout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an extraordinary dining adventure!

Steak was not impressive for $78 I asked fir well done not charred. The waitress Karla was ok fir the most part but left us hanging for almost a hour. We almost missed our movie waiting on the dessert menu. If I go again I will not get the steak. 3hrs to get through dinner, smh Dress code was not enforced, people walking around in athletic shorts and sports gear, music was not elegant at all.

Service was outstanding. Everyone was very attentive, from filling our water glasses to making sure our wine glasses always had wine. Food came out at a reasonable time and cooked to perfection. Will definitely go back.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Had high expectations based on the hype. For a place trying to be high end, they should try to institute a dress code because if I want to sit next to a table of guys in tshirts and baseball hats, talking on their phones, I’ll go to Outback instead of dropping $300 for dinner.

The dining experience was really nice. The ambience was nice. The food was prepared as well. The service was amazing from the time we walked up to the entrance.

Met up with my mentor, had not broken bread in over 8 years, last time down the road at Ruth Chris. Wanted a new steakhouse and we found it in the Ruxton. Food was excellent, respectably priced for a high end steakhouse. Jordan our server was great. Only minor nit was our food came out all at once and very fast, not much time for chatting!! Would definitely return.

Was my second trip to the Ruxton and I must say my first experience was better. The soup of the day was cream of crab which, in my opinion, was lacking on the crab front. I've had more crab meat in soup from a diner. For the prestige and $$, I expected more. Also, a college of mine order their soup without garnish spices and it came with them anyway, which they had to take back. We ordered coffee with our dessert, and it arrived cold. By the time the hot coffee arrived, we were about finished with our desert. The restaurant was almost empty, so we were surprised at the misses with our dining experience. I do recommend the Ruxton but stick to the steaks.
