Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.

Everything was great, our server was nice and knowledgeable. The bartender and host staff were great while we waited for our table. And the general manager was really nice and came over to our table to make sure everything was going well. Thank you for making my husband’s birthday special!

I had dinner tonight at the Ruxton with my husband. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I’ve been there a few times now and each dining experience was fantastic. I’ll be going again very soon!

Went to The Ruxton for our 21st Wedding Anniversary. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. I wish the lights were a bit brighter, but overall, it was a great experience.

We had an absolute wonderful dinning experience at Ruxton. The combination of phenomenal food, the chance to meet Chef Austin, and the attentive service from GM Jerome and server Karla made the experience memorable. Ruxton is a must for fine dinning. We consider Ruxton one of the best restaurants for fine dinning during our travels.

We went for my husband‘s 50th birthday, and it was perfect. The service was amazing! The food was delicious! Loved the entire experience ! Can’t wait to go back

Our server Noelle was excellent, as was the food and wine. The high noise was rather obtrusive at times, especially when trying to hear her helpful explanations about the menu and wine list. Otherwise a very positive experience.

The food was good but the service (from front desk to waiter) was sub par, especially at this price point. Both the hostess and the waiter acted as if we were bothering them by simply being there, to be fair. The waiter did get better throughout the meal, but set the tone for a not great experience at the start. Music was so loud you viiidnt have a conversation across the table The woman at the table next to us was having a full conversation on FaceTime out loud that we had to endure for more than half of her meal We were disappointed in the experience as a whole.

I recently dined at Ruxton Restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience! The highlight of the evening was the fried lobster tail—cooked to perfection with a crispy exterior and succulent meat that melted in my mouth. Paired with a perfectly seared steak, it was a match made in culinary heaven. The flavors were out of this world, and each bite left me craving more. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a special occasion. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing our dining experience with their recommendations. I can't recommend Ruxton enough for anyone looking to indulge in an extraordinary meal. I can't wait to return!
