                                                                                                                  Charged my card for a refired item. Presented the check with the incorrect amount. Manager reversed the charge but it didn’t reflect it on the signed copy! Check your bank if this happens! Manager apologized and gave us a $25 discount card for next visit. Service was mechanical and not very hospitable. Kids!

                                                                                                                  It was an excellent experience on our first time here. My girlfriends and I meet weekly at different restaurants throughout Houston and we decided to give The Rustic a try. The host, James, that greeted us as we each arrived was very friendly and welcoming; telling us a bit about the restaurant and the live performances on weekends. The food was exceptional and well priced. The noise level was very good despite the size of the dining room. Parking was what we expect at the Uptown Park location but none of us had any issues as we all arrived at different times. Overall a great experience. We plan to return and bring our guys next time

The seats outside are all sticky with sap because of the trees so be aware of that. Appetizers were brought out and we didnt have any small plates. We were a large group. The server was busy and we just had to keep searching for her and asking for refills. Not sure how busy they had her. The food was delicious everything just took a long time.

The food, the wait staff, the service, the atmosphere…. Everything is always perfect. We have come three times already this year.
