    The Rustic has incredible food and thank goodness because the service was very lacking. Our servers, Dennis and Alejandro were very nice but we had several issues. Of the 2 alcoholic beverages we initially ordered, they brought one. When asked about the second, they said “Oh, did you want something?” We ordered an appetizer which never came. Our food was brought out and some time later they came to check on us. We asked about the appetizer. Dennis looked confused at the table and asked “oh, did they not bring it?” As if that wasn’t very obvious. We asked for tortillas twice and our bill 3 times. Again, they were both very kind but not effective. As a result, we were late to the concert which was about 400 feet from the restaurant.

    Service was very poor at the beginning. Sat for a good 30 mins until we had to call someone over which he was not very helpful.

    As always we had a fantastic brunch at The Rustic. The spread is always large and has a variety of delicious options for everyone. The staff was, as per usual, impeccable.

    My boyfriend and I had a great time. We were quickly seated. Had speedy service. The dip duo was delicious. You must try the rustic burger as well.

    I would give this 0 stars if we could. Made reservations, 3 hosts were at the stand and not one of them said a word to me or my wife. We told them we had a reservation since they weren't going to speak to us first? Sat us at the smallest 2top available, which is fine except the brunch didn't fit on our table. We got a Bellini pitcher which was a huge mistake. It arrived when we asked for to go boxes. Sever kept saying they were busy at the bar but we were seated next to the bar. There was no one at the bartop and one bartender checking his phone so I'm not sure why it took the entire meal. Had to ask for a coco-cola 2 times so I could have a drink with my food. Honestly, I wouldn't come here again even if someone gave me a gift card. Not to mention how small the portions were. We did all included brunch for $20. Side of fruit consisted of had of 1 strawberry and 2 grapes. Won't be back

    They tried to seat my 60th birthday party for a nice dinner at the picnic table right in front of the band with no seat backs and the sound would have been too loud. I said no then they moved us inside then it was good after that.
