Based between Mansfield and Southwell in the beautiful village of Farnsfield NG22.
Current Opening times Wednesday - Sunday. Booking is advised.
The Rustic Crust team along with ‘Poppy’ our famous Land-Rover pizza truck has been serving delicious Neapolitan style, wood-fired pizza for the last 10 years both locally and nationally at weddings, corporate events and pop-up venues.

    Our order was mislaid resulting in over an hours wait for our food and not ideal with a 4 and 9 year old hungry children. Food felt rushed and only mediocre

    Service was amateur, server wanted to take drinks orders as soon as we got to the table, we asked for a few mins to look at the wine list for him to come back 30 seconds later. Then had to send him away 5 times for the food order as we weren't ready to order. One pizza was soggy and questioned it being cooked for the server to reach over and POKE his finger in the food! When clearing, the server asked how the food was, we politely said one of the pizzas had a soggy base to be met with a rude response, card machine was presented without even giving a bill. Shame as we've eaten here a few times before and had a great experience, staff definitely need some customer service training to make the place more up market - poking fingers in food is not ok!

    Pizza was delicious, even with a slightly burnt base. The vegan chocolate cake with chocolate ice cream was absolutely divine (I’m not vegan either). Very quiet, which we hadn’t expected, although parking was still a challenge. Overall highly recommend.

    Fabulous atmosphere and vibe. High class quality food and friendly staff. We opted to sit outside in the courtyard which gave European vibes. I would 100% recommend this feel good restaurant to anyone. We will certainly be back.

    The food was incredible, the atmosphere was also really nice, noisy but lots of conversations going on and happy people around. The only downfall was the service, I had to go up to the bar a couple of times to ask for more drinks and for sauce, also had to ask for another set of cutlery after the starter. I don’t mind doing it but every time i walked up to the bar the staff look terrified! They all did an amazing job but only thing id say is the table service needs abit of attention. Thanks for having us :)

    5 star eating experience. Authentic , freshly baked pizza, delicious puds, friendly & attentive staff, great atmosphere, realistic prices for the quality. Highly recommended.

    Been here before so knew the food would be good, and it was, but it took a long time to complete our meal. We sat at 19:15, no food arrived untl almost 8pm and we we finished eventually at 21:45 which is way longer than expected. No real acknowledgement from the staff who were lacking some direction or urgency
