Brunch at The Royal did not disappoint. The food was fantastic, staff attentive and the decor was gorgeous. Well done! We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The hotel is beautiful. We booked a reservation for brunch at 11 am and were brought the breakfast menu and after ordering we’re told we had to reorder from a lunch menu which offered pizza, dinner entrees. It was very disappointing. We thought the dining room should have shown some flexibility. Staff seemed tense and were very apologetic but rigid about the “rules”. We won’t likely return which is a shame since it was an important reunion of friends.

Last nights food and service was exquisite. I know an almost empty restaurant is not what anyone wants, but our bartender and servers took such great care of us, and we enjoyed some lovely convos with the bartender. Such a treat on every level. Thank you!

Beautiful, modern restaurant inside the hotel. Indoor dining space to a terrace to an outdoor space with fireplaces. Great atmosphere. Food was excellent. Lots of choices. A bit pricey but reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes of the dishes. Server and other staff were all pleasant and friendly. There were extended waits for drink refills but understandable considering we visited during a busy Saturday evening. We'll be back.

This hotel/restaurant is beautiful, the decor is fantastic and warm. We’ve been to the Royal before and enjoyed our experience so much we brought friends this time. Unfortunately this time around the experience wasn’t as great. Our server didn’t know the menu well. We asked a few questions about the items and he didn’t seem to have much knowledge about the items being offered. He did however ask the kitchen and come back with the info. We requested to have a bottle of wine brought out when the mains were served and it didn’t come until quite some time after. Once the wine was poured they brought the bottle to a separate table. This was inconvenient as when our glasses were empty we had to wait for our server to realize. Our server wasn’t attentive and we remained with empty glasses for quite some time. Finally another server realized and started helping out. After we finished our meals we waited at least 20 minutes or longer for our bill as our server seemed to disappear. We eventually asked another server if we could get our bill. Once the bill came it was completely wrong. 2 couples, 2 separate bills but there was 3 mains on one bill. As we were getting impatient we didn’t even bother to ask the other server to fix it. Our original server never returned. With saying the above, all the food was delicious and we all enjoyed our meals.

Exceptional experience for our 5th wedding anniversary. Food was exquisite and the cocktails divine. I can’t wait to go back and stay in the hotel.
