Unlike any other establishment in Maricopa. We are born in Maricopa and serve our community here by sponsoring local Soft Ball Teams, Frisbee Golf Championships, Vectren's Projects, City of Maricopa Events, and we are the best place to celebrate after a game or to come watch the game on our 3 giant TV's and additional 22 TV's for all the game viewing pleasure! We offer food from amazing hand pressed burgers, hand cut steaks and fillets, to fresh salads, wraps, and tacos! Our Baller Dog has made a name for itself and is a must for the hotdog lover! If you have not tried the Heatwave Mac & Cheese Jon Taffer will "Shut It Down!" We have been a featured bar on the 8th season of the TV show "Bar Rescue" with our episode: "Wreck-It-Ralph." We invite you to watch the show and more importantly we invite you to come and join us at our totally revamped and upgraded restaurant. There was plenty of space for our large party having lunch between youth soccer games. We emailed (per web’s instructions and unable to speak to live a person) to reserve space but never heard back. Ambience was great. We told the sever how many were coming and that we needed to eat and get back to the soccer fields! As a side note, one of staff was nice to ask us if we wanted to watch a game. We told her a specific match and what network it was on. After many tries and coming back to the table without success, we took the tablet, found the game, and were able to see the last five minutes of the game. We had three families and each family ordered individually. My family ordered first yet one of my daughters didn’t receive her meal until after it was time for my family to leave (she stayed with another family). We asked the waiter repeatedly and he assured us he was checking. It seems the kitchen forgot and then the meal was hastily made. When it came time for the checks, we were just trying to leave expeditiously but the server mixed the checks up and didn’t know what to do. So the families just exchanged cash to work it out ourselves. The server did apologize and worked with the manager to give a discount to one family (initially refused but after being pressured spoke to the manager who took care of it). Hopefully this was just a bad day for what is otherwise a great place. It was our first time and I doubt we’ll be back when visiting the area.

W e learned of The Roost several months back from the “fish fry” video, and previous visits were delightful experiences. However this visit, (our 25th anniversary) was a very different experience. The fish we recieved was NOT the same fish we’ve eaten before and seen in the You Tube video. It was small matching pieces of fish that were heavily breaded and over cooked to a serious dark brown. The service was ‘off’, we had our food brought out with no offering of any condiments to go with our food, and never recieved any ‘check in’ from our waiter during the entire meal. I almost felt like I was disturbing him to ask for anything. WOW, this was not the Roost we have visited just 3 months ago. And if this is now what can be expected, I will morn another ‘flash in the pan’ establishment and save myself the drive to Maricopa. An important date and All we wanted was a chill vibe and some great fish and chips. Now I seriously feel like I owe my wife a make up dinner

We Love this place! Great local sports bar vibe, and the food is killer! We are making this a regular hang out.

We come here a couple of times a month, great service by the wait staff and chefs. Food has great flavor and we love their house salads and the Ruben sandwich. It can be too noisy the nights they have karaoke, and we are not fans of that, most people can's sing worth a crap, especially after they have been drinking.

Our waiter (Bobby?) was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely attentive, very friendly and very well organized. Everyone at our table enjoyed their food and drinks. A bit noisy but, it’s a bar so no more than expected. We had reservations for New Years eve. Reserving may not have necessary but, we waited to late to get a reservation at the Casino. But, definitely not disappointed. The Roost was on their game!
