The Roosevelt Room is Austin's most awarded cocktail bar, offering a seated experience with table service provided by its knowledgeable bar staff to guide guests through its expansive menu of classic and original cocktails, craft beer, wine, and epicurean bar food.

The Roosevelt Room has received the following accolades: Top Four Best American Cocktail Bar 2022 by the Spirited Awards, Top Four Best American Bar Team 2022 by the Spirited Awards, Top Five Best Cocktail Bar 2022 by Liquor.com's Liquor Awards, Austin's Best New Cocktail Bar 2015 by Thrillist, & Bar of the Year 2017 by TimeOut Austin.

RESERVATIONS ARE STRONGLY SUGGESTED. Walk-ins are welcome, but please note that there may be a short wait for the next available table. If your reservation details change, please let us know. The first is our Lite Bites menu, which features finger foods served buffet-style and allows your guests to mingle and enjoy the event. Didn’t have food, to be clear. Been here many times for elevated drinks, but the clientele just isn’t what it used to be, Matt K. Drinks were still great and expensive. Service was average; would have ordered more if he were faster. Mostly we were annoyed by a couple talking over the booth partitions to another group for 45 minutes and shouting across the entire space. MGMT should focus on making it a quieter, more relaxing and upscale atmosphere.

The Roosevelt Room is an exceptional establishment that stands out due to the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. The bartenders are not only well-versed in the art of mixology but also exhibit a genuine passion for their craft, ensuring that each cocktail is crafted to perfection. Their extensive knowledge of spirits and ingredients allows them to create unique and memorable drinks that crater to a wide range of taste. It does run on the higher end of bars in Austin but it is well worth the visit. Moreover, the staffs friendliness and welcoming demeanor contribute significantly. They offer a seated restaurant style service rather than the typical standing bar situation which I appreciate. They are attentive, approachable, and always ready to engage in conversation about their craft. The service level at the Roosevelt room is constantly high with staff members going above and beyond. The quality of cocktails at the Roosevelt room is unparalleled in Austin. Each drink is meticulously prepared with the finest ingredients resulting in a perfectly balanced drink. Whether you are a cocktail connoisseur or simply looking to enjoy a well made drink. Roosevelt room is sure to impress.

Good drinks, though I thought the $500 tab (for 7 people) was a bit much. We didn't get anything to eat. Small point of contention: the old fashioned(s) we ordered came in confusingly small, jar-like glasses, which the block ice barely fit into. To me, that's not best practice for an old fashioned - especially one that takes the name of the establishment. The mescal-based old fashioned was much better. We will probably go for the garage next time, for a group of that size. Nonetheless, as far as cocktail lounges go, this is still one of the best options in Austin. And we will be back.

Best vesper martini we’ve ever had in our life. You can tell there is skill and how they make the cocktails that’s different from anywhere else. Also my clover club was on point and excellent . Hands-down will be Uber in there and getting cocktails pre-dinner and will take my friends there for sure just because they offer the highest quality of classic cocktails. There’s no riff on it. It’s just perfect classic cocktails . parking around that area gets a little bit shady and it’s difficult unless you come early, I can snag a street spot in front. I don’t like walking around there by myself late at night when I’m a lady, but that’s not the Roosevelt room‘s fault.
