The food was good. No issues there. The space was nice but I found the place where they put my friend and I a little strange considering the place itself was not all that busy. Was one of those places that you would be sat if there was no seat left and you just wanted to get in. So that wasn’t great. The server started out all right and was decent enough during the meal. Then she brought over our bill. We paid and then it was as though we didn’t exist. We were just talking. We’d only been there for just over an hour. No one ever came by to ask us if we wanted another drink or even a refill in our water. One guy kept coming over and asking us if he could clear our glasses because we were done… we still had some drink left. We actually asked him if we could get some more water. A little while later he asked us again if he could take away our glasses, as we must be finished… we weren’t. The staff started hanging around by the table and were yelling and a lot of the guys were being really aggressive towards each other. It was really weird. The restaurant still had many people in it and it was not closing time. It was very strange. After another time of the guy asking us for our still half full glasses, we decided to leave. I was not impressed. This was my first and last time here. It’s too bad because I was really looking forward to trying it out. I can’t recommend the place. Basically, if you want to be treated like you’re not welcome… this is where you would go.

I usually enjoy visiting The Rooftop. The last couple of visits have been surprisingly disappointing. The service has been slow. The restaurant was empty on my last visit, but it still took 15 minutes for them to take our drink order. Several of the drinks were "sold out" on the menu. We ordered a drink that was not listed as sold out, but the server returned to inform us they were missing ingredients for that one as well. The server didn't check on us very often so our drinks were empty for longer than they should have been. Again, the restaurant was empty so I don't know what else they were doing aside from not attending to us.

Really cool spot but unfortunately our server was not on the ball. Had to ask multiple times to get drinks, drinks were forgotten or missed frequently.

First time at The Rooftop — great place! Shared a pizza with my teenager, portion sizes are large. Great service. Quite loud, but it was a Saturday night.

Great vibes here at the Rooftop with pretty lights, fake plants and a fun set up for the overall place. Our server was very friendly and the items we ordered were great! If you go on a Friday night be prepared to not hear your table’s conversations and you won’t get your drinks until 10 to 15 minutes after ordering - coming out the same time as your pizza order. While we were in no rush it still is disappointing considering there’s two bars and the venue is not that overwhelmed with tables.

Service was okay, chicken slider and butter shrimps were good however duck fat potato wedges were horrible. We had a few bites and left it. We did mention the same to the server. Probably you should look into replacing it with a different kind or flavour of wedges.

Always a great place for work lunches - can hear the crowd, but never too loud. The limited edition flatbread sandwich is awesome.
