Nice venue when weather is fine. Food OK and delivered in timely manner. Staff won’t take/ look after coats or outer garments, so have to drape over your chair. Perhaps really a hotel restaurant.

Booked a table for lunch for my elderly mother to have lunch with some friends and was extremely disappointed by the overall experience. On arrival they did not have my booking, we then sat down and after 30 minutes no one had come to our table so I went up to ask for some drinks. After chasing 3 times and waiting another 30 minutes (1 hour in total!) we finally had some drinks. Our salads were good but nothing special, and then had to wait another 20/30 minutes for our coffees. Will not be returning.

Nice environment . Service slow though, had to prompt attention twice. No bread offered. Would recommend though as could have been a ' bad day.'

Too expensive Food could be better for the price. I was somewhat oversold the lobster burger that wast amazing. A dish came that I didn't order

Lovely setting. Hidden courtyard. Surrounded by buildings so no view as such other than the buildings but really nice. Service outstanding. So nice, polite & friendly. Can’t expect more than that. Did absolute best for us to have a nice evening. Was surprised that there was a screen with football on but apparently that was to meet request of Sloane Club - which was unusual I understood. It didn’t actually have an impact as faced away from it but didn’t expect it! Furniture is outdoor furniture - some with umbrellas that looks nice but maybe not the most comfortable. Food really nice. Presented nice and tased delicious.

We had an amazing time. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and delicious food. I booked it because I thought it would be on the roof. We gallantly headed up to the 5th floor to be rather confused with no restaurant. However, we did have a good time. Thanks

I was really impressed with The Roof Terrace, never been before and went with a friend for a nice lunch. Their salad items were fantastic, lots of good food options and I liked that they had good rose wine choices as well. Service was very professional. The terrace is beautifully decorated with artificial greenery and flowers and nicely shaded from the hot sun. The only suggestion I would give the venue is to make the bistro tables and chairs larger, as the chairs were quite uncomfortable.
