I feel like the place was really hard to find at first and even with no one being there. The service was terrible. Our server only came up to us maybe three times in the one time was to take our order in the next time to give us our check. I don’t know if maybe if the service was so terrible, because there was no other people, but to spend so much money somewhere just for them to be talking really loud (servers) as well as charge for gratuity when they didn’t do anything terrible I will not be back

Very nice ambiance and the R&B/neo-soul music selection was a nice touch to the background sounds. For it to be a Saturday night, about 6 other people were there. With such a small crowd, all the food did not come out hot. Sent the calamari back due to the luke warm temps. The lamb chops were good although not very hot. I've eaten here before with no issues so I will try them again.

Food is very overpriced for the food quality. Do not order the stuffed chicken wings! Drinks are watered down.

My Review for The Roof in Sugarland, TX it is not a place that I would recommend. I made a 7:30 PM Reservation and wind up sitting at the bar it was 8:00pm by then, no one came to tell us anything about our table. by 8:15 pm we wind up ordering our food at the bar, the bar tender letting us know it's his first day he really could not answer our questions about the menu. We get seated we ordered the same drink we had at the bar and got the same drink made with different Champaign. We asked if there was a smoking area, the waiter stated he's a Temp and thinks it's ok out on the patio. got our food but we didn't have anything to eat with, my rice was COLD! My Boyfriend asked for tartar sauce they said they just ran out. They asked us if we would like more water we said yes and never got it. From Start to Finish it was a complete HOT MESS. Very Unorganized. It was just me & my Boyfriend, and we got charged gratuity at the bar and for our meals. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. I WAS VERY DISSTATTIFIYED. For the amount of money, we spent we should have had WAY better service.
