Le Rocks Mornington est situé juste en face de la jetée de Mornington, dans le Mornington Yacht Club. L'établissement vous propose deux espaces de restauration : la salle à manger intérieure et la terrasse couverte chauffée. Pour le déjeuner et le dîner, vous pouvez réserver une place à l'intérieur, mais la terrasse fonctionne sur le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi. If you are looking for a unique, yet impressive venue for your next special occasion, then look no further. The Rocks, located right at the edge of Mornington harbour offers spectacular views of the local pier and boats, nearby sandy Mother’s Beach, distant cliffs and rolling hills of Beleura. MYC Function Room: With large windows across the room and large bi-fold doors opening out to the main balcony overlooking Mornington Harbour, the function room caters for sit-down weddings of up to 80 people including a dance area. For cocktail-style weddings, we can cater for up to 150 people. The Restaurant / Deck area exclusive: Larger sit-down weddings of up to 110 people can be accommodated when booking the Restaurant and Deck area exclusively for your wedding party. This area can also cater for up to 250 guests, for a stand-up, cocktail-style weddings.

Starters were great but the seafood pasta was a bit of a let down when compared to previous visits. Served in cold plates didn’t help.

Went for Dinner 13/2/2024 the food was amazing staff extremely courteous and very polite. Would definitely go back again if ever down that way in the future. 5 Stars.

Very, very expensive and the food was only to sporting or RSL club standard. Limited menu. No bread offered before or with food. Not even table cloths on the tables and the hard wooden chairs looked like they came out of an op shop (old, dirty, worn paint and no cushion.) To top it all off, when one of our party asked for a copy of the receipt, they discovered upon arrival home that they’d been given a receipt from another table. Really, the only things this restaurant has going for it are the wait staff (very good and cheerful), the clean rest rooms (expected anyway) and the view across the bay back towards the city and you can get that for free anyway from the pier at their carpark. Over all an expensive and utterly disappointing dining experience! Sad to say, but we won’t be back.

We usually love eating at The Rocks, but our recent lunch experience was very disappointing. The overall level of service was “robotic” they went through the motions but without any emotion. Our pre dinner G&T was served with flat tonic. And the couple at the table right next to us were obnoxious and extremely loud, obviously trying to big note their “business” conversation.

Great experience, will def come back soon. The view was amazing too and the spaghetti lobster was superb!

Have been eating their for years and always enjoy. Today was no different. The Rocks is definitely a slow food restaurant, and service is not fast, especially on a smashed Sunday, but we have had servers in the past who prioritized getting the kids orders in, and food out, as soon as possible.

We always drop by here when visiting the Mornington Peninsula. Great spot for a casual bite of lunch. Usually busy and bustling then parking becomes an issue. Nice wine list an some lovely seafood offerings.

Beautiful food and views, the service was great too. A very special place for a family meal out to end my trip to Australia.
