The Williamsburg Inn is pleased to present the Rockefeller Room, the crown jewel of Abby and John D. Rockefeller Jr.’s home away from home. The featured menu is a five-course prix-fixe menu with available wine pairings from the Inn’s world class cellar. We are delighted to offer the finest and most luxurious ingredients from local watermen, farmers, and worldly artisans.

The Rockefeller’s revered opulence, therefore, we developed our menu to offer an evening filled with extravagance. Familiar flavors paired with southern hospitality reflect the soul of our story, history, and the melting pot of ingredients brought to our country from its inception.

Before we begin, we may be limited in our ability to modify our menu, especially for severe allium and dairy allergies. However, with advance notice, we will be happy to accommodate any allergy with customized menu adjustments.

This menu will take you on a seafood-laden tale of fabulous and enticing seafood-forward dishes. The great Feast of Seven Fishes puts forth a barrage of beverage pairings from cocktails to mocktails, wines, and more. This experience is for guests 21 years old and above and is unsuitable for children. Dinner begins at 6:00 pm. Loved the live music. Service was abysmal. Dinner took 3+ hours. Food was just OK for the price.

An excellent dining experience - our table had the 5 course option and no one was disappointed. Staff were attentive and we enjoyed the live music and overall ambiance.

My husband and I had an amazing Anniversary dinner at The Rockefeller Room. Every course was delicious and perfectly paired with the Chef's wine selections. Our server, Ryan, was very attentive and friendly. While it was very pricey, it was a dining experience that we will forever remember. We can't wait to come back next year!

One word, EXCELLENT! Everything was spot on and exceeded all expectations. Sharon, our server was magnificent. The entire staff was awesome! Great job to everyone!!!

Unbelievable. 20 minutes after being seated - no water brought to table, Restaurant had less than 8 tables!occupied. No bread service offered. Never asked if we wanted a drink. Left restaurant after 30 minutes and let management know - have no idea what has happened to this place? It use to be fabulous.

We were celebrating our 49th anniversary with friends . The service and attention given to us was the best experience in dining we have ever had. Our waitress , Sharon, was so attentive and fun. The meal was out standing. The oysters were the best my friend and husband had ever had. The entrees were incredible. Each plate was a work of art as well as dessert plate had a touch of elegance with Happy Anniversy signed in chocolate. This was on my bucket list since I was 13. You won’t be disappointed! We came from Calif. to enjoy this historic Inn. The live music was outstanding!!

The ombiance was wonderful, service was great. Food was very good however very small portions for the cost. We ordered three appetizers. The scallops or should I say scallop. Very nice presentation however we received 1 scallop and 1 cornbread. For that price I would expect at least more than one. We also ordered the oyster appertizer. They were pieces of oysters and fried. Not what I expected. The grilled octopus was very good. Entrees were very good and we did the upgrade. We also did the wine parings. Three 3oz pours. They changed out one of the pairings to an inferior wine to what was scheduled. My wife and I were looking forward to enjoying the experience since we had not dined there before. In my opinion it was overpriced. Be cautious of the upogrades and pairings. Once was enough.

This was the worst dining experience my husband and I have ever shared. We arrived ten minutes prior to our reservation and were told we needed to wait until closer to our time to be seated. We ordered a drink at the bar but then had to close our tab to be seated. Annoying, but whatever. The real problem is that we had a 6pm reservation and missed our 9pm show because we were still at the restaurant. It began to feel like we were being held hostage. We were hungry and ate quickly but the courses were extremely slow to appear. And when they did show up they were lukewarm, so clearly there was a disconnect between the kitchen and delivery to our table. Most of the food was under seasoned. My duck was so overcooked that it was tasteless and difficult to cut though. The best course was the bread course. I would buy the everything bagel butter by the pound. We aren’t the type of people to complain because the waitstaff was just doing their jobs. But charging so much for a meal that poorly executed is bold.

What an exceptional experience! Service was impeccable. Dinner was delicious. The restaurant surprised us with a dessert platter with Happy Anniversary wishes written on it. A special thanks to our server, Karen!
