The Rock Inn is a lovely community pub located on Fore Street in Roche, Cornwall.

At the Rock Inn we have created a new menu that starts on the 27th January 2023, please phone to book that has something for everyone and we accompany our food with a great selection of drinks. We are proud of our selection of cask ales and offer a rotational selection.

We ensure that all our customers old, present and new receive the warmest welcome and we do our best to make your visit to the Rock Inn one to remember.

Four legged friends and children are always very welcome.

Service was amazing. Nothing was too much bother. We had one person who was a vegetarian and one who wanted gluten free . They couldn’t be more helpful and felt at ease. Lovely food, lovely service, lovely restaurant.

Lovely old pub with very good food. Staff are very friendly. Sunday roasts are great with the best roast potatoes ever. The meat is always good with 3 choices each week and a variety of vegetables. Great value and a small size available which is ample for smaller appetites. The standard size is a real man sized plate and all food is priced at good value prices. It's now our local pub and my hubby and I love it. From the word go we were made to feel welcome. Dogs are always welcome in bar area where there are tables for having meals but the restaurant area dogs are not allowed. The pub itself has two gorgeous friendly huskies. Always best to book food as its a popular pub but booking online is simple.

Had a lovely evening meal with family. The food was outstanding. The best meal we have had in a long time. The service was excellent, our waitress was super friendly and attentive. We stayed for the entertainment, which again was outstanding. Would definitely recommend visiting.

Fantastic experience. Made to feel welcome as soon as we entered. Value for money with the portion sizes. Never felt so full. Would fully recommend and will be visiting again when back in the area.

Had a Sunday carvery - cooked to perfection. The best red cabbage I've ever tasted. Good size desert with copious amount of clotted cream. Prices are very reasonable.

A big improvement on my last visit. If I could give some constructive criticism I would suggest including peas and sweetcorn to the vegetables as well as what they already had, as I don’t like red cabbage or white cabbage so only had carrot mash and cauliflower cheese.

We were welcomed by very polite and pleasant staff and given a choice of tables in the bar area to sit at as we had our dog with us. Our food did take longer than we expected but a staff member came over and apologised for the wait and said they would give us 15% off the bill (and we hadn't complained so thought this was a very nice gesture!). The food was definitely worth the wait (compliments to the chef!) and was excellent quality and really tasty with good size portions. There was plenty of parking and the pub had different areas to sit in and is a traditional pub. When we are back in Cornwall we will be sure to call again!

We love the Rock Inn and have been visiting for over 2 years now. Friendly staff and awesome good value food. Lovely Sunday roasts with option of smaller plates. Amazing value. Can't fault this lovely pub.
