Great new restaurant in Pier Village, very upbeat energetic vibe. All the food was delicious! Bar was backed up, drinks took longer than expected. But otherwise couldn't be better!

Our third visit this season and all three have been very good experiences the food the service the prices etc. Will recommend to others

Our second visit this season it is a very good value for the $$ food quality also very good as is service will recommend to others and will go back this season

Our waiter was horrible. He didn’t know what beers were on draft, he did not tell us a specials until we asked what the specials were. The food was OK nothing to write home about. Feel the prices were over price for what we got.

Our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. It was very clear upon ordering our beverages that the entire staff from the front to the back of the house was overwhelmed. Our server was kind, but I wished we were better informed on the kitchen’s timing and the menu. Our meals took a very long time to get. Our drinks, which were only wines not cocktails, took quite a long time. As an example, we ordered a second bread appetizer while still eating our entrees & it took so long it came out after our meals were finished. The bathrooms were trashed and in poor condition and cleanliness. In understanding that it is Summer and crowds are higher than usual it seems the restaurant and company as a whole hasn’t taken the proper measurements to staff and train their employees properly.

We were placed in the corner and felt unseen because no one came to give us water until our waiter came to serve us - which took a lot of time. I ordered the summer sangria and had to return it twice before asking to remove it from our bill because it first came out extremely watered down that it was clear and a lot of ice, the second time it came back slightly pink still watered down. It’s like the bartender didn’t event try. We ordered the calamari appetizer and it was overdone in addition to it being mostly peppers rather than calamari. It took a while before we can get water refills while there are several bus boys and servers standing around talking to each other. The food was okay, the portions were reasonable but the service and drinks were very disappointing. As I think about this more, we should have asked for more taken off our bill because it was such a bad service.

The food is always spot-on, they just REALLY need to work on the service. The Red Bank location is always perfect, this location is always a sh*tshow. Other than Tyler - who is outstanding - the wait staff is a disaster. Be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait, for your server, and then wait, and wait, and wait again for your order to be taken, and if you need something like - I don't know - A FORK - you're better off getting up and getting it yourself.
