I will preface by saying that we are spoiled to some great restaurants. Environment and ambience was great. Service appeared to be good for most, but our food service was paced very slowly. Bar was small - three seats. Food was above average, but not quite worth the price point. Veal meatballs were overcooked and crumbly. Bolognese was fairly good. 20 oz. loin (45-day aged) was slightly tough and bland for a dry-aged steak. Lastly, ironically for a placed called “knife”, the steak knifes were as dull as a spoon. Did not overall enjoy enough to return, but generally fine meal.

The general manager and our waiter were absolutely great. The ambiance was fantastic. Food was great. Would have given it 5 stars, but we were charged for something we didn’t order. We would definitely go back and try something new!

Nice restaurant with good service but the food fell short. 4 of us ordered steaks and 2 had the steaks undercooked to the point they couldn’t eat a good portion of them. The steak knives were so dull you had to work extremely hard just to cut through the meat. Given the price it was definitely underwhelming.

The service was outstanding. Bread, chef’s sample of a soup, dessert, and drinks were delicious! The main course though lacked the flavors we expected of a quality restaurant. It was good, just somewhat bland. We ordered a pasta dish and a fish dish, did not go for one of the steaks. Perhaps the steaks would be better. It was not crowded, lovely setting, and not much noise which we prefer. The view even sitting at the window though doesn’t do much although it was fun to people watch a party at the event center 50 feet away.

Really good steaks. Lobster Agnolotti was perfect. Definitely a fine dining destination.

I got a raw fish which was great. I usually love eggplant Parmesan but I didn’t feel it was a true eggplant flavor at all, and my friend felt her chicken was better than the cacio e peppe. Perhaps we need to order different items, but the ambience compensated more for the food. We did appreciate the free bday dessert and the chocolate to go! I’d suggest they do dark chocolate something in the future.

Wait staff was non existent & we never received our entree. We tried to flag down people, but no luck. Never expected such a lack of service in a Ritz Carlton. Do not go there! Waste of time & money. Due to the lack of other options at this location, they force you to dine here. Corporate needs to boot Knife Italian & put in something more respectable.

The prices are Uber high; the service was fair (which was disappointing since this is in the Ritz Carlton) and the biggest complaint--- left Hungry!!! (Both dinner and breakfast). This happened when we dined there when the restaurant was LAW as well. Will Never return.
