Delightful celebratory lunch with friends at the awesome KNIFE at the RITZ. Our regular server, Alexis promptly greeted us and facilitated our orders. We started with delicious croissants,buttery in the French fashion. Next came scrambled eggs with jalapeños and chives. Followed by wonderful smoked salmon served with capers and red onions. Boiling hot ENGLISH BREAKFAST tea washed everything down. Knife is a memorable luncheon venue!

We love Sunday Brunch at the Knife. The service is competent and friendly, especially our favorite, Alexis who is superb. We had Scrambled Eggs with Chives & Jalapeños,accompanied by delicious croissants in the French buttery fashion. Smoked Salmon with red onions and capers added to our enjoyment. This was all washed down by cups of excellent tea made correctly with boiling water. Our Sunday Brunch has been a delight for many years and the Ritz ambience has only embellished it more.

We had been clients of the On the Green ( Four Seasons ) since they opened . And we compared the quality and experience we were used to. This was our first time there since the change to Ritz Carlton /Knife Italian . We had been many times at Fearings in Downtown Ritz . We were expecting that quality of food and experience., as well as the one at On the Green . It was not even close . We didn’t finish the food we ordered . Service was quite slow. We could see there was not enough trained staff. Disappointing experience. We will wait a while before we come back to give some time for hopeful improvements. We live in the neighborhood and really hope the hotel and restaurant are very successful. Thank you

Honestly I have been to Knife in Dallas and I love it but this place and the food left me wanting. I ordered the red fish and potatoes, the potatoes came out cold and not fully mashed and the fish was extremely fishy. My friend had the cauliflower and risotto and said it wasn’t great either. Maybe for a drink but the food was extremely disappointing especially for the cost.

Subpar in most every way, from a veteran server just going through the motions to a terribly overpriced wine list and steak served lukewarm. Desert was good (both blackberry meringue and pana cotta). Has the feel of a place just trying to hang on.

My wife commented that her view of a dead palm tree in the corner while fruit flies pestered us during the meal was unappealing . The service was perfect but the pizza was over salted.

This advertises its self as having a Michelin Star chef, also it’s located at a Ritz Carlton. Both of these bring an extra level of expectation with service and quality. We waited at the hostess booth to be greeted and seated for 5 minutes at 9:30 PM, we had a reservation for 9:30 PM. Why no one was there to greet and seat us was beyond me. When the hostess finally showed up, she then had to go set the table up. Did I mention we had a reservation? At that time of night after traveling all day, you just want to be seated, have a cocktail and be served.
