First time here, went for a birthday. Food was very bland and did not appear to be fresh. 6/8 people did not eat their meals. The croissants were the best thing they had. Also had a very rude encounter with our waiter. Manager was very apologetic and willing to try to improve our experience.

This was our first visit to The Ridge after hearing rave reviews. We were disappointed. The good news: singer was great and ambience was very nice. Crab dip was excellent as was the house salad. Bad news: late to get served, cold twice baked potato, marinated steak was thin, cold, lots of fat. We were expecting better than the big steak chains but this was actually worse. So ee were disappointed, especially for the high price.

The salads and croissants were good. The marinated ribeye was cooked medium rare like requested, but the outside was charred so bad it was not enjoyable. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

Hostess told us the other couple had already arrived, said "walk down that way, you'll find them." No one walked us to the table. Service seemed a little rushed. Bisque was good though not served in two bowls as requested. The Ridge Steak was cooked to order and tasteful. Salmon serving was awesome and plentiful. Baked potato was not hot enough to melt the butter. Butter shouldn't be kept in the freezer, should be soft, easily spread.

So, this was my second date to the Ridge with a Lady that I had my first date with (5-weeks ago) at the Ridge. We actually had the same server that had his first day on our first date. Great guy! Food was great, Service was great and we had a very enjoyable time at The Ridge!!

The only issue we had was the onion rings didn't seem as good as usual they were just a little hard'

Dinner was fine, our table was in the back room so we could not enjoy the singer. Waitress acted as though she wanted to be somewhere else. Overall dinning experience was OK the food was great entertainment might have been excellent but our seating section was far from the main area and there was a lot of bar noise.

This is my third time at the ridge and I’m really second-guessing if I should come again. The food is pretty good, but the service lacks every time. it’s very disappointing for a decent restaurant to not have decent servers. We waited at least 10 minutes before we can find a waiter or waitress. we had to flag someone down. The waitress blamed it on the hostess . Also when I made the reservation, I noted we were celebrating a birthday. There was never any acknowledgment of this. Even when you do get the waiter or waitresses attention, their engagement just falls flat

Service and food is always great at The Ridge! We love the "early bird" specials too! The gravy on the chopped steak and filet medallions was a little saltier than usual but it did not at all ruin the meal. We'll be back soon! :-)
