This is my third time at the ridge and I’m really second-guessing if I should come again. The food is pretty good, but the service lacks every time. it’s very disappointing for a decent restaurant to not have decent servers. We waited at least 10 minutes before we can find a waiter or waitress. we had to flag someone down. The waitress blamed it on the hostess . Also when I made the reservation, I noted we were celebrating a birthday. There was never any acknowledgment of this. Even when you do get the waiter or waitresses attention, their engagement just falls flat

Service and food is always great at The Ridge! We love the "early bird" specials too! The gravy on the chopped steak and filet medallions was a little saltier than usual but it did not at all ruin the meal. We'll be back soon! :-)

Haha, I was there on a kinda blind date. The host and servers were very kind and excellent at there jobs. Michael’s singing helped me relax before meeting my date for the first time. The food was excellent. I will definitely come back soon.

We love The Ridge for a casual quick dinner or a booth for 6, dining with best friends. The servers are always attentive, friendly and we have never felt rushed. The salads are always fresh and perfectly chilled. Whether it’s a steak or chicken tenders, the food is great…. Tasty, hot, perfectly seasoned, etc. We have dined at The Ridge a dozen or so times, always a pleasurable experience.

My parents were here to visit from Florida, my father loved the filet medallions, and my mother raved over the baked scallops. Nice job! I’ve been here myself several times and am so pleased that they too enjoyed your cuisine

It was our first time at this establishment and I must say that my wife and I were very impressed with the service, ambience and quality of their food.Also it was very affordable for such an high end restaurant. We will definitely be back!

The restaurant was not particularly full for Sunday evening, but our server, Morgan, warned us the kitchen was backed up. Food came in fits and starts And was not up the excellent level we had experienced last January. Salads were brown-edged and the seafood platter and 10 oz. Strip steak were unappetizing. Meals were poorly plated and just looked haphazard. We were celebrating a birthday and mentioned it several times, including on the reservation, but there was no acknowledgment from The restaurant in any way. The entire experience was disappointing and we won't be back. Our server did her best but was so busy she had little time to return to check on our table. The young man who delivered the food basically tossed the plates on the table with little care. He looked like a member of the kitchen staff. For such a pricey restaurant you expect better, but we were left wanting for a LOT more.
