This was my 2nd time visit & the services still need work. Great space, nice music, but short staffed on Father's Day is unacceptable. I will give them another try!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite its high prices, the overall ambiance and service did not meet my expectations. The noise level was incredibly high, with disorganized crowds and excessively loud music making it difficult to have a conversation or enjoy the meal. Adding to the negative experience, the young greeter at the front was very unpleasant to deal with, which set a bad tone for the evening. If you are looking for a club-like atmosphere , playing ratchet music, then this is the place to be. However, for those seeking a pleasant and relaxing dining experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Very great establishment with great food drinks and music. The ambience is amazing! The owners were nothing short of amazing and our hostess Geneva was the absolute BEST!

Lady working y reservations had an attitude and told us we couldn't go to the bar without a reservation to eat at the establishment. I told her we had one and still had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated the waiter too our drink and food order. We received the drinks roughly 30 minutes later, and they were watered down. My wife received her appetizer half an hour after that. My food never came, so I canceled it. They brung it to my table 10 minutes after that. I told them I canceled it, and I was told that since its here, they would discount it. So, after a short conversation, it was removed from my bill. From my observation, they seat way more people than they have staff to cover, and the kitchen is small, and they can't get orders out in a timely manner. Also, it was 2 bartenders for a packed house. The DJ was awesome.

The waitress Brooke, waa extremely inattentive. We received food with bo condiments, no jelly, no butter for toast. No ketchup or mustard or burger and fried green tomatoes with no sauce. We had to constantly ask for condiments and my friend STILL did not get her ketchup that she asked twice for. Brooke did not ask us how we were doing or if we needed anything but I saw her laughing and talking with the patrons from the other tables around us. I was very excited to spend some of Father’s Day there with friends since we lost our Fathers. We were excited to try this Black Owned, Women owned restaurant but our experience with Brooke made it a less memorable experience there. My friend were disappointed as well. I hope the service gets better as I wouldn’t mind trying there again since it was my first time. Michelle

I had a great experience at The Royal Bistro for Father’s Day. The brunch was excellent good music and the people were so friendly and attentive to your needs. I recommend that people try it at least once or maybe twice a week.
