We were the second table on the patio. We had to wait a long time for our food. My plate came out eventually and then we had to wait for the rest of the plates. I didn’t want to eat in front of everybody but they told me to go ahead because it would get cold.

We both ordered scrambled eggs and bacon for brunch. The eggs arrived slowly and cold with sausage, We reminded the waitress we had ordered bacon, not sausage. She later brought bacon, but we were charge for both bacon and sausage. Expensive on an a la carte basis for what was served

Excellent service. Buffet was average but we were at the end of the afternoon that probably contributed to this. I woild definately go back again.

Table is never ready when we arrive. We were told we could help ourselves to the buffet once seated but we had nothing to drink for nearly 30 minutes. Two tables beside us had no drinks either and asked repeatedly. The food is always good here but the service and staff are either too overwhelmed or uninterested in the experience they’re offering. It’s sad because we go there for special occasions such as Easter and Mother’s Day and it really ruins the enjoyment each time with the beyond terrible service that is rooted either in staffing issues or lack of caring

We got there and one of the waiters brought us water after 5 minutes. No waitress ever waited on us so after 15 minutes we just left and went elsewhere. Would not advise anyone to ever go here. The place looked a bit like a five bar too.

We walked up to hostess stand and were ignored for probably 5 minutes. After finally speaking to a mgr , they did not have our reservation. I had to show them my open table app then they asked if I booked it that morning and I replied no the day before. Then tried to stick us a a pub high top table with my 81 year old mother. They did end up moving us to a lovely table and the food was very good. We were able to enjoy our Easter after much initial aggravation and disappointment. This was the second try here, the first one was poor service too but good food. They need much improvement with their appreciation for their customers and their service overall

The buffet was lovely. There were plenty of options from which to choose and everything I tried tasted delicious. It was a great value for the price of $28.00 per person. Our only issue was that I made a reservation on OpenTable several days ahead but when we arrived, our name was not on the list. The club found us a table and we were accommodated with little delay. I'm not sure if this was a problem with OpenTable or if someone at the Club didn't add our name to the list.

I haven't eaten at the restaurant recently, and ordered from their menu. I was there for their Easter buffet. My husband and I were seated at a table and given no instructions like, "help yourself to the buffet " or "someone will be by to take your drink order". Before we could figure any of this out, the hostess came and moved us to a smaller table. I finally asked another diner if we just helped ourselves. And I finally caught the attention of a server to ask about our drink order. The buffet food was disappointing. The carrots and broccoli each had unusual spices on them, which were not to my liking. The green beans and Mac and cheese were good. The ham and pork were also good. The dessert selection was limited but the pound cake was good. For the price of our meal, I expected exceptional food and exceptional service. We received neither.
