The Restaurant at Sanderson blends visionary design with an exceptional seasonal menu and artisanal cocktails from the Long Bar. The service was slow despite the restaurant wasn't too busy and food portions were quite small.

Nightmare, bad food, expensive, bad ambiance. Overcooked meat in the burger. They made us pay at the middle of our meal, and then a security guy came to us while eating and told us that we will have to go in 30-40 min. ( we are talking about a 140€ dinner: two bad coktail, 1 incipide risotto and a really bad burger). And before that the waitress already told us that we had few time left. We had a reservation at 21h30 and it was possible to take a reservation until 23h at least, so i don’t know why at 22h15 they already want us to go.

We had the Vegan Tasting Menu at NYE and it was outstanding, especially or waiter Flavio made our experience special, because he was professional through the whole evening. I would recommend going there! They also have excellent cocktails :)

Gem of gems - this small and intimite Italian family restaurant in offers genuine and exquisite dishes along with a great winelist and friendly atmosphere. A must whenever visiting London and Fitzrovia.

Five friends dined at Sanderson as a pre-Christmas get together. Drinks at the bar first (rather pricey but lovely) which was quite vibey at 18:00, then through to the restaurant. Not very busy surprisingly but have to say we all very much enjoyed the meal - we chose the £50 set menu, 3 courses and half carafe of wine per person. Good selection of dishes for each course and the wine was half decent! Service was great, thank you! Merry Christmas all!

Staff was lovely. Environment was energetic - definitely a specific crowd. Somewhat surprised at the limited menu. Risotto had zero flavor - didn’t even finish half before I gave up. Staff was kind enough to comp it.

Soon as we arrived I informed the staff that I had a reservation. I was told just sit where ever we want. Offering is tables that were still dirty and not set for dinner. The waitress was lazy and slow. Spoke to the manager and asked for my table that I reserved and finally was seated in the dining area. There was lots of noise from the staff clearing tables. Dropping cutlery etc. The service overall was terrible. We waited a long time for our food, no one asked if everything was ok etc. The food was terrible. Not worth the price and over cooked. We also saw a mouse running around to which I didn’t even want to pay the bill but the staff thought it was amusing. The Bar was playing some good music and the hotel has some cute aesthetics but far as the restaurant, food and service… and the mouse running around. I would never dine there again.
