The conservatory dining area could do with some TLC but don’t let that detract from the really good food and exceptional service.

Loved it. Excellent French cuisine executed to a very high standard. We were very impressed. All staff and our server Talia were exceptionally friendly and helped make the night memorable. Highly recommended.

Our reservation was for 17:30 and we arrived to a very quiet restaurant where we were offered the choice of tables. We were immediately offered our choice of waters and presented with menus. Upon ordering, wine came immediately and we received a complimentary warm "pastry/small roll". The remaining courses were served in short order without any sense of waiting or being rushed. Staff were friendly and welcoming; the experience and the meal were wonderful.

The food was excellent. Servers were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is fitted into a refurbished gracious Victorian style house. The space available for the restaurant is the basement. It is clean and pleasant for a basement, but it is difficult to create a luxurious ambiance in that space. Nevertheless, the food and servers make up for that to some extent. I would certainly recommend the unique cuisine.

Hello guest, I sincerely apologize that the sun was in your guests' eyes and that you felt rushed. That is certainly not the experience we want to provide! We encourage our guests to speak up if they need any accommodation and we could have reseated your party at a table where the sun was not so intense. As for the feeling of being rushed, I appreciate your feedback and will speak to the staff so we can improve. Again, thank you for your thoughts and I do hope we will see you again soon.
