This hotel, restaurant & Health Club is relaxing in every way – from the plentiful amounts of parking to the large, comfy rooms and views out over the surrounding golf course.

After working in some of the country’s top-rated restaurants, it’s unsurprising that head chef Sean Horwood has earned the restaurant two AA rosettes of its own. The rotating a la carte menu showcases the freshest seasonal produce, using items locally sourced.

    £37 for an antipasta board with 2 tiny slices of italian meats and a few green leaves; and for mains a decently filled chicken pie, but poor burnt pastry, thin greasy chips, and a huge amount of leaves to fill up the plate and a very poor side dish of veggies. Very ordinary food. A lot of money for a couple slices of salami and pie and chips. The glass able was covered with oil. I dislike a 15% compulsory service charge. Wont be returning

    Unfortunately we will not go back to The Centurion.Although the restaurant was ok and the meals were ok my Husband felt his was poor quality due to being over cooked.I enjoyed my Sunday roast the meat was really lovely as were the vegetables and yorkshire pudding but was totally spoilt by the roast potatoes which were so hard on the outside I struggled to get my knife in and when I did the inside was soft so agreed with my Husband's comment as the potatoes were definitely overcooked.

    Consistently good food, nicely presented and at reasonable prices. Service is also very good - a young team, but clearly well-trained.

    Service was impeccable lovely friendly waitress, nothing was too much trouble. Food was amazing cooked to perfection and served hot.. will definitely be back.

    We were welcomed straight away by the friendly serving staff,who were very polite and helpful with choosing drinks. We chose the Festive Dinner option that was Turkey with selection of vegetables- which was well presented and very tasty. We enjoyed the experience very much
