For over 35 years, Wölffer Estate Vineyard has been known as one of the finest producers on the East Coast and a center for innovation and hospitality. In celebration of this theme and the gentle rhythms of early spring on the Sag Harbor Bay, to host your meal, we've invited gifted winemaker, Roman Roth. Known by many as the man who "gives voice" to his wines, Roman will draw from his decades of experience to walk you through a series of local wine pairings by which our menu has been expertly crafted.
