This used to be among the best restaurants in the Hamptons but its food has become somewhat blah. The food is good but no longer great. The setting is beautiful and the staff is very efficient and friendly but our main dishes this time were all pretty bland. The tempura cauliflower though was excellent. Maybe they switched chefs?

Horrible evening - ridiculously slow service and extremely mediocre food. No need to eat dinner at the restaurant. They can only handle drinks and snacks on the patio.

The setting was beautiful but the service was horrible and the food was not anything to recommend, too bad it was a cute setting.

This is a beautiful location in a quaint hotel/restaurant which is a short walk from the downtown area. We went for brunch and I ordered the eggs Benedict which was excellent but my wife ordered an avocado toast with ricotta that was pretty tasteless. If you’re a fan of Irish coffee, the place makes the best we’ve tasted anywhere. The server seemed to have a bit of difficulty remembering the orders but we got what we asked for. If you can get a table on the veranda, it’s a special treat overlooking the water.

We were very excited to try this new place. It's a beautiful setting and we sat down and everything started out fine. We had a lovely waitress who served us our appetizers. Then she disappeared and our main course never appeared. It was an hour. We asked for a manager who didn't seem to know what was happening there was no accommodation made on our bill for the time that we waited. Finally when we left I spoke to somebody else who said they were the manager and he did make an accommodation but it was very disappointing

Arrived and asked to be seated outside, mentioned my name. I was told the outside was reserved, this made me question…is it first come first serve because I reserved outside? The Gm nodded. I asked if we could be moved outside when a table was available. We sat looking at a table available for 40 mins and when asked to move the very clueless waitress said the table was reserved. Pretty sure it was for us as I shared this she left and did not sort it out. Overall, food was poor quality and it took forever to arrive. We ordered coffee and got the food first, and then my sons lemonade didn’t come at all. By the time it arrived after two reminders, we were done. They waived our drinks as a courtesy which was nice however very incredibly disappointing experience. Will not go again.

We had reservations for 5 PM and got there at 4:15. They seated us and handed us a brunch menu and I said I'm here for dinner and they said it doesn't start till 5 PM. So we ordered a drink and waited for 5 PM and at that time all the waitresses and waiters went to a staff meeting. we were just sitting there waiting and finally somebody walked by who is not our original waitress and said I'll help you and handed us a dinner menu and we ordered and waited 45 minutes for food and we were the only ones there and it was not busy. Service was terrible. Food was mediocre nothing special. The menu had one price and when I got my bill, they charged more. There was no view of the water online. It was next to the water, but there was no view and we were staring at a hotel pool. Unless you're a guest there, I would never make a reservation to eat.
