With local roots inspired by global flavors, Chef Brian De Souza and Syd Younggreen arrive to the scene with an innovative a la carte menu with influences from their experiences throughout the world. You can find menu items like Peruvian-inspired tapas, ceviche, tartare, and locally-sourced Lazy Acre beef.

The menu is complemented by a refreshing craft cocktail selection and impressive wine list, recently recognized for a Wine Spectator Award. Our daily Happy Hour offerings include $10 select wines and draft beer, spritzes, and sangria.

Hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had in my life. 100% best oysters I’ve ever had. Come in from 3:30-6:30 and they’re $2 a piece! The happy hour is fantastic. Wonderful ambience and service. Rachel, our server was so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would ask for her every time. We had the gnocchi, truffle pasta, lobster skewer special, and the steak tartare. Ended with the sphere dessert. Everything was incredible and was full of flavors we had never tried before. Don’t miss out on place!

Just went to The Regular last night. Loved it!! It’s beautiful, we used Larimer Square valet, the Kampachi was probably the best, cooked fish dish we’ve ever had, the duck comes out on two plates for breast and leg, completely different incredible flavors, and we got lucky to sit in the front where it’s brighter and perfect on a beautiful night. They have happy hour every day, large dishes are reasonably priced for the amount of food, wine is expensive so we asked for recs on others aside from the $40 glass of Cab. Definitely a new favorite. Didn’t bother with pics since their site has them all.

Absolutely fantastic dinner. We ate at the bar and enjoyed the steak-frites and duck dish. The best duck I’ve ever had! Fantastic cocktails, and over the top service make this place very special !

It was our anniversary and they gave us a card signed by the staff and a free dessert. The service was wonderful and we had this bone-in ribeye special with lobster sauce that was the most delicious thing everrrr

Stopped in to try their new happy hour menu, absolutely killer! we had the short rib sandwich and lobster roll! Our new go to happy hour place near Larimer Square for sure!

Excellent food and service. They made my wife’s birthday dinner an especially memorable evening. I generally find cocktails too sweet but the ones at The Regular were superb and imaginative. Our son from Houston said ‘one of the best meals he has had in Houston or Denver. We were there around 5pm and the place was not crowded but it started filling in when we were leaving.

The Regular is a gem! From great service, amazing cocktails and the food puts them in my Top Ten list in CO (I’ve left 246 reviews on 440 OpenTable). The Owner, Brian, came to our table for a wonderful conversation. I will be back soon! One thing I hope they consider is more visibility from the street, I walked by it twice before realizing where it was. A large sign would have been helpful and a little more ambient light and diffused canned lights. The direct light above the tables and on the patrons (especially women) was too much. I think people driving by think it’s a club or a lounge for that is what exists on that block. All-in-all, a great foodie experience! Bravo!

This is a must-do. The small plates are where it’s at. Rachel is an exceptional server. The vibe/decor is excellent. On our list of favorites for Denver.
