It’s been over a year since we last visited, but the service & quality of the food is still as good as then. We have a holiday home nearby, and we recommend Saddles/Red Well to our guests.

Never a disappointment, food is very tasty and looks amazing. All the staff are very friendly and courteous, well done to everyone.

Beautiful day to enjoy the last glimpse of summer. Had a table booked but with an excited puppy (he loves his sausage) it isn’t always the best experience for customers overall. Decided to take advantage of the 10% takeout offer and ate my lovely baked scone, with clotted cream and juicy blueberry’s. and enjoyed Redwell, quiet and scenic views. Me and my pup loved the well maintained gardens and he took advantage of Septembers dewy grass. As always a fantastic team effort from the Redwell in- house teams… We will be back - Thank you.

Once again we had lovely food albeit I was short changed on my roasties everyone of our party really enjoyed the food and being there, thanks once again

The food was good not our choice of dining menu more like an American Diner menu style. Service needed to be a little more attentive on mid meal drink orders. Good it's dog friendly and welcoming. Will try again if menu changes.

It was our third meal at the Red well and all have been excellent, we have had a Sunday lunch also the special breakfast deal for 2 and an evening meal all were presented well and looked appetising before the eating of them then the taste was excellent too, proper roast potatoes with crispy bits, sausages with colour from the pan not insiped ones and a stacked burger plus crispy chips, will definitely be returning there

Booked for lunch to catch up with a friend . We just had the homemade soup ( mushroom ) and a sandwich. We both chose the home cooked ham . Both the soup and the ham was lovely. The service was great and we weren’t rushed from the table when we finished. Will go again

This place is brilliant but they allow dogs in the restaurant we requested a table with no dogs and was very disappointed when the next 2 tables to us had 3 dogs I really don’t understand how anyone would bring a dog to a restaurant
