    Great location, very good food. The service was a bit slow on a game night but overall great experience

    Would have given more stars but after having made a reservation and checking in we still had quite a wait.…and then a mix up and our table that was finally ready was given to someone else. Table service made up for it…..our server was wonderful! Food was good for a roundhouse. Tasty burgers, pasta bowls and spicy fish tacos. Again, server was very attentive to the needs of the kids in the group.

    We went for dinner and were a larger - group 11 people. I overheard the hostess and a server gloating about how we agreed to merge our 2 tables to 1 and would now have to pay the 18% gratuity (tables of 8 or more must do this). Are they not used to getting good tips? Made it seem as though they had the money locked in and could care less about the service aspect. I had the pepperoni pizza. It wasn't great, barely any cheese, pep was greasy so much so that it was leaking and the pizza itself was hard making it difficult to cut and bite into. Others at the table had wings and chicken sandwiches which looked good. The Goat cheese with pear app was DELICIOUS! Our actual server Steve was really great! Price was a bit high for the quality of the food but the ambiance with the arcade was fun. If there is a next time for me i would go for a drink and arcade.

    Sadly, while the service is impeccable, the burger are so dry you need more than a 60 oz beer bucket to moisten it. As for the place, I doubt it needs to be this loud. I brought family from far away to eat there and I wish I had known in advance it was this loud. Sorry but no recommendation to other family and friends about your place. Improvement seriously needed. Sad since your staff is so friendly and efficient…

    Food was mediocre. It was the worst, slowest service I can recall in recent memory and it wasn’t even packed.

    Staff are very unorganized. Waited probably 45mins for our food and some was not what we ordered, and most just didn’t taste good. Regretfully ordered an espresso martini and sangria which were sad attempts at what they should’ve tasted like. Come for the games but do yourself a favour and get food/drinks somewhere else before or after.

    The food is overpriced for the quality/taste of it. It’s probably because of the location, but the food is not worth the price. We also ordered a cocktail tower and I kid you not, half of the tower is half. It’s literally ice. I’ve had towers before but it was never half ice. Lol The server, Anna, was very nice and friendly. The games are fun. The complaint really is the food & drinks. The only thing I actually liked was the chicken wings. Lol

    Diners should be aware that although Open Table accepts reservations for specific sections in the restaurant, the Rec Room actually only honours general reservations and seating on the patio, for instance, is first come first served.
