    Staff are very unorganized. Waited probably 45mins for our food and some was not what we ordered, and most just didn’t taste good. Regretfully ordered an espresso martini and sangria which were sad attempts at what they should’ve tasted like. Come for the games but do yourself a favour and get food/drinks somewhere else before or after.

    The food is overpriced for the quality/taste of it. It’s probably because of the location, but the food is not worth the price. We also ordered a cocktail tower and I kid you not, half of the tower is half. It’s literally ice. I’ve had towers before but it was never half ice. Lol The server, Anna, was very nice and friendly. The games are fun. The complaint really is the food & drinks. The only thing I actually liked was the chicken wings. Lol

    Diners should be aware that although Open Table accepts reservations for specific sections in the restaurant, the Rec Room actually only honours general reservations and seating on the patio, for instance, is first come first served.

    The food was nothing spectacular - typical bar food but no flair for price. Our server was friendly, but not around when we needed things (like sharing plates or forks to eat with). This may have been due to the long weekend holiday and staffing, but it wasn’t even that busy! The draw for this restaurant is the location and games, not the food or service!

    We went in for a quick drink to cool down but liked the service that we went back for dinner. We sat in the same seat for supper and the waiter Thomas, remembered us. He asked if we were ok even tho he wasn’t our server. There was a mistake with my order but it was quickly fixed with a fresh burger. We are coming back tonight for dinner ;)

    The food we ordered was not great at all. The fish had the smallest piece of fish and so much batter. The pizza had no sauce on it and the nachos were not good. Service was great! Atmosphere was fun!!

    Good meal. Everything came out quick and tasted good. We were coming in before the game. Good value on the food. Server didn’t really check in on us at all and seemed in a rush. We would come back. Great place to hit before the ball game!!

    Belle expérience. Resto très bien situé pour une bouchée avant un match de baseball. Le repas était délicieux, la serveuse très sympathique. Les enfants sont allés jouer dans les arcades après le souper ce qui a permis aux parents de relaxer en terminant notre verre.

    I will never return to The Rec Room again. I chose The Rec Room to celebrate a birthday and have never received such terrible service in my life. We were sat at a table with not enough seats for our party, we had to ask for cutlery/plates, and we waited SO LONG for our food. It ruined the entire experience and I am so disappointed. It was also so packed that we couldn’t even play any games. They lost a customer for life.
