   We had high expectations for our four year anniversary evening. The Rec room in South Edmonton common was nothing but disappointment. We had a reservation booked, but they managed to seat us at a filthy table behind a big pillar that completely blocked our view. The floor was covered in food and garbage. The menus also reeked of mouldy dish towel, presumably the one that wiped them down. After we asked for a new table, the servers came back 15 minutes later to tell us that all other tables were full but could sweep the area instead. Although our server was very pleasant, it took about 20 minutes to receive our drinks. We ended up leaving to another restaurant shortly after having our drinks. Do not recommend.

   We went on a Saturday night knowing it would be probably busy. Ate dinner at restaurant, food was great and wait wasn’t too long considering how full the place was. Server Maryam was amazing helping us with all our questions we had about game tokens, food.. anything. Great place to hang out, play games, throw an axe and worth the money to have lots of fun! There was never a problem finding a game to play and minimal wait times if so. My son was very happy to win the Cabelas gift card in game!!

   The staff were awesome, and although it was busy due to Valentine’s Day, we didn’t feel rushed. Awesome service and friendly staff.

   Servers were rlly mean, rude and not listening but ended up giving us compensation for misbehaving

   Food was excellent the service was outstanding the games were okay as some of them needed I think some calibration and some repair overall it was an excellent evening out with friends.

   It was great and they were super accomomidating. We showed up with over 15 people and 4 tables reserved all over and they found a way to get us all together.

   Walked in was told 3.5hr wait for a table. Came to open table and had a table In 15 minutes. Kids had fun at the rec room but it was clearly understaffed and undersupplied.
