    Great experience! We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and a fun time at the arcade. Lots to do there and something for everyone. Enjoyed it thoroughly!

    The greeter and servers were very friendly and did a great job. The food was good. Unfortunately waiting for the food to come out took quite a long time, just over 50 minutes from time we ordered. It wasn’t busy when we were there ordering. Gratuity was automatically added to our bills but with such slow service I would not have left an 18% tip. This is the third time we’ve been there with a small group and each time the service from time food ordered to food on the table is very disappointing. Our server was very attentive to the table and professional. Hopefully the back end staff can improve as I imagine the servers face impatient and frustrated customers in these situations. Good luck

    Fantastic food. And service. Amazing spot for the kiddos. Will be suggesting it for our next hockey tourney in London for a team dinner!!

    The food was not great, hardly any cheese on the nachos and very crispy. Three out of four meals were brought out together and one was brought out about 10 minutes later. When the order did come, questioned the server to ensure that the requested substitute sauce was put on tacos (due to food sensitivity) and the server basically told me I was wrong. Also the pico was requested to be put on the side(due to food sensitivity) and it wasn’t. Waited for bill for over 20 minutes after we were done eating. Also, I felt terrible for the table beside us who hadn’t even had their drink orders taken and we were already being served. First time ever eating at the Rec Room restaurant and wasn’t overall a great experience.

    I went 10 mins early to my reservation and was denied a seat with 80% of the restaurant empty with 2 little girls with me. Then they can’t colour at the table because of Covid. You have a restaurant with kids entertainment next us. Only restaurant with nothing fo the kids well waiting on food. But all the games we pay yo play no worry’s about Covid down there. Food was good but they need to fix that problem asap.

    Put of several different beers Burger patty thin and burnt Coffee lukewarm at best No resolutions or discounts even offered no manager came to the table even when issues were expressed to server

    We had a great time. Our server (I forget her name unfortunately) was phenomenal that night. Very courteous. Made for a fantastic Valentine’s Day date. Also can’t get enough of that space invaders beer!
