The waiter was great. Unfortunately, they informed us that while ordering, they did not have salmon, steak, or meat, Lovers' pizza. Which narrowed it down to a few fewer items.

Good experience Food was good. I had the chicken club with a side of Mac and cheese. Both were tasty. Waiter was pleasant Atmosphere was on the louder side so good if you’re with a big group loud group or kids :) It did take quite a long time to get our food after ordering (45mins) but we weren’t in a hurry. We will be back!

Had to wait 20 mins for my table past my reservation time. Every one who had fries or poutine and gravy was ice cold. Not even warm. Waiting 45 mins after our meal for dessert to be served. Was told I was going to be discounted for the cold food. No discount applied. Never once was offered a drink during our extremely long wait for dessert. All servers were over worked and kitchen staff sending out sub standard food seen many other tables return food as well. I will not be back for dinner.

Very disappointed with are meal ,food was not hot and kind of tasteless, sent it back and they did bring another one out but it was still the same as the first one .

Had a lovely time at The Rec Room for my friend’s birthday! I loved that I was able to bring birthday decorations for the table, a balloon and cupcakes! Thank you Cam for your exceptional service! You are one of the most genuine servers I’ve ever had.

Great experience! We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and a fun time at the arcade. Lots to do there and something for everyone. Enjoyed it thoroughly!

The greeter and servers were very friendly and did a great job. The food was good. Unfortunately waiting for the food to come out took quite a long time, just over 50 minutes from time we ordered. It wasn’t busy when we were there ordering. Gratuity was automatically added to our bills but with such slow service I would not have left an 18% tip. This is the third time we’ve been there with a small group and each time the service from time food ordered to food on the table is very disappointing. Our server was very attentive to the table and professional. Hopefully the back end staff can improve as I imagine the servers face impatient and frustrated customers in these situations. Good luck
