Welcome to The Razor Clam!

This is the place where chefs are putting 100% into creating a unique experience using the freshest ingredients and local suppliers. At The Razor Clam you will be able to find fresh focaccia made by our chefs, ravioli with hand picked crab meat and salmon, a variety of mouth watering pasta dishes and homemade burgers, steaks, risotto and great side dishes. Really nice - all starters excellent especially monkfish goujohns and fish chowder soup. Main fab, monkfish curry would recommend and lobster. Staff helpful. Nice that they don’t automatically add service charge which most restaurants seem to do here in St Ives Would highly recommend

My boys have allergies peanuts sesame hazelnuts and one has dairy and they were very accommodating and put us at ease which was great. My sister and neice also has gluten intolerance and again very accommodating. Some of the food was amazing, the crab and Lobster, seafood linguine was really good quality and reasonably priced. The prawns for starters and cheesecake were okay. Service was good and so was ambience and atmosphere. Overall a good experience and they accommodated to our needs

Highly recommended for seafood and steak. A world away from the fast service of the pubs and bars on the seafront. Friendly and attentive service. Great tasting food, well presented and healthy portions. Incredibly quick food turnaround. Great value for the food quality. We were a large party of adults and children and all plates were cleared. We sat downstairs which had a warm, bustling atmosphere. Additional seating upstairs. Dogs were permitted under the table. Note they don’t take tips on card, so make sure you have some cash on hand.

We liked it so much we booked for the next day! Fabulous fish dishes that were all exceptionally tasty! Excellent value for money and service very friendly and welcoming!!

Absolutely fantastic food! We ate here as a group of 10 and everyone’s food was beautiful. Favourites worth mentioning were the chowder and scallop starters and the muscles, monkfish curry and the linguine from the mains.

Overall our experience at the Razor Clam was perfect. Service was friendly and efficient noise level was ok as it was us with a screaming child making it! The only thing out of 7 meals was I would have liked the monkfish curry to be a tad warmer temperature wise and the chips a bit tastier. According to our grandson the burger was the best yet, the steak cooked perfectly, muscles very tasty and lots of them and clam chowder brilliant 🤩. Best table in the window a very memorable birthday 🎂
