Welcome to The Queens Inn.
A stylish pub, restaurant and hotel with a wood-burning fireplace, as well as a beer garden, a deep history of smugglers and a Georgian ballroom.
Fresh, locally sourced ingredients are combined, expertly cooked and served in our stylish, yet welcoming surroundings. Our meals are our pride and joy. We have a passion for creating a complete dining experience. We take the time to prepare our food from wholesome produce for our guests - no fast food, no corner cutting and are confident you’ll find it well worth waiting for.
Our menus show flair and imagination; never sacrificing taste and satisfaction. Our chef is committed to supporting local businesses and produce: Moon’s Green, Wealden Smokery, Park Farm butchers, Maws Fine Foods-Hawkhurst, Bodiam ice-cream to name but a few.

Great attention to detail by staff, especially the wonderful Sam, food is outstanding, I visited on Sunday and the roasts were tip top with good vegan and vegetarian options. Price as they should be.

We came for an anniversary dinner after having previously having had to cancel our original over stay and meal due to a change in circumstances. The team had remembered our original booking & acknowledged our meal/ occasion with a personalized acknowledgement- lovely touch. Food and service faultless- thank you 😊

Went in for Sunday lunch in group of 6. Friendly service and excellent food. Kids menu had good options for under 10s and adults on Sunday have roast options as well as few on menu. Really nice and worth the visit.

Food was good, staff attentive, ambience good, only thing we found disappointing was the desert menu, whatever happened to good old fashioned pudds, crumble, sticky toffee pudding etc, nothing on the menu that any of us fancied, but hey, saved the waist line!! Apart from that all good

My wife and I had a beautiful meal All the staff were very friendly and the food was great for both of us. I had their burger and the wife had cod and chips. Both perfect.

Our first visit to the Queens Inn but definitely not the last! Well worth the 60 mile round trip! Food was excellent with particular attention to quality rather than quantity backed up with excellent presentation. Lovely in with comfortable seating and ambience.
