L'équipe de Blackbird vs Avec font hommage à la bière, au porc et au poisson. Le chef exécutif Paul Kahan et Chef de Cuisine Cosmo Goss ont développé un réseau de vendeurs pour approvisionner le restaurant, de poisson et fruits de mer élevés conformément à des pratiques de pêches durables ainsi que du porc élevé plein air pour le menu rustique de cuisine simple et varié. Service was exceptional, but the food felt a little over priced. Would be nice if they updated their menus on the website to match what they are serving

We went there for their Oktoberfest experience and it was great! The ambiance was warm and energetic. The music was perfect. The food was delicious! Highly recommend!

They had a great Oktoberfest menu and band playing outside. Service was great and the food was exceptional.

Great Oktoberfest menu that vovered all the bases: sausage, schnitzel, beets, pretzels, the BEST potatoes. The weather was perfect for sitting outside and the service was perfect
