L'équipe de Blackbird vs Avec font hommage à la bière, au porc et au poisson. Le chef exécutif Paul Kahan et Chef de Cuisine Cosmo Goss ont développé un réseau de vendeurs pour approvisionner le restaurant, de poisson et fruits de mer élevés conformément à des pratiques de pêches durables ainsi que du porc élevé plein air pour le menu rustique de cuisine simple et varié.     My previous dining experiences have always been great at The Publican. Last night was no exception. The pork chop and bacon degustation were excellent. Our waiter was Blake and he directed us to some excellent Italian vino to accompany that. Dave Rambo Denver, CO

    Went with my husband for Sunday brunch. Everything was super delicious. Service was fantastic. Love the ambiance of this place, however it was super noisy and sometimes very difficult to hear. Would love to see some gluten & dairy free options on the menu.

    Outstanding! Always a must when visiting. From the greeting inside the door to getting the check, the highest level of hospitality. And the food is excellent. Highly recommend the bacon, the biscuit, and the shaksuka.

    This was an excellent experience. The food, service and ambiance were great. Such interesting dishes served family style. We loved every bite.

    Great service. Too much sauce on the dishes. Food was somewhat cold. Nice ambience

    Was excited to try The Publican for the first time after hearing great things about it. Unfortunately the entire meal underwhelmed. The service was poor and the food was fair.

    The food was amazing. I highly recommend taking advantage of some of their amazing happy hour deals alongside the amazing mains.

    Wow, whoa, and MMMMMMM are the best ways to describe The Publican. This was my second time there and my wife’s first time. We had a reservation made through open table at 8, and we were seated at 8! Everything is served family style, meaning they come in larger portions for the whole table to share. I am a big espresso martini fan, I feel like every espresso martini I have had was more like a “latte” martini, on the sweeter side. This martini was dark with a rich espresso flavor and a little froth on top, it had a hint of sweet, but the robust flavor of the espresso was perfect! I got 2! The bread and spreads, specifically the pimento cheese. Last time I was there, I had stated that was the best bread I have ever had, later I found out the baker is a James Beard award winning baker…it made sense. My wife hates beets, and yelled at me that they smell and taste like dirt, when she had the Roasted Beets with the crème fraiche, it was her favorite dish of the night. Beef fat fries were amazing, I argued with my friends about putting salt on them, just enjoy the flavors! Bbq carrots, ham plate and pork belly all 110%, the butchers cut for the night was a NY Strip sirloin which I had cooked medium well, it was everything, I think next time I’ll try medium rare, it’s perfectly marbled, melts in you’re mouth, and has a slight crust around some of the edges, amazing mouth feel. And the coup de grace, the million dollar tart, honestly I can’t remember the description, it was chocolatey with bits of toffee and the crust was out of this world perfect. Publican, you’ve done it again sir! 11/10

    The overall experience was good. Our server was kind and informative however we did not feel the dining experience to be special. We were recommended this place by many friends and our server did not acknowledge that we were celebrating a birthday once. The pork rinds were the star of the show for us. Also, kids coming around asking us to buy candy while we were in the middle of dining was weird.
