L'équipe de Blackbird vs Avec font hommage à la bière, au porc et au poisson. Le chef exécutif Paul Kahan et Chef de Cuisine Cosmo Goss ont développé un réseau de vendeurs pour approvisionner le restaurant, de poisson et fruits de mer élevés conformément à des pratiques de pêches durables ainsi que du porc élevé plein air pour le menu rustique de cuisine simple et varié. La longue liste de bière internationale, développée par les partenaires Eduard seitan et Terry Alexander, propose environ 100 bières, lagers, stouts et cidres en bouteille, dont 12 disponibles au fût. We loved it! Happy hour until 6 on a Friday include martinis, cheeseburgers, fries and schnitzel. Delicious! Friendly and attentive staff, great people watching on the patio.

The food is typical of a farm to table restaurant: fresh, seasonal and hearty delicious. We dined outside on the patio which was nice. The dining room inside is mainly long tables and booths. It is noisy, typical of North American restaurants as patrons are loud !

Everything was fantastic, food and service. Had a terrific time. However, was uncomfortably hot and humid in the restaurant. We left as a sweaty mess.

I was very disappointed with my experience at The Publican. Several dishes we ordered were never delivered and it took nearly 2 hours to get 4 dishes served. I had heard great things about the restaurant but would not recommend it given my experience.

We went because they had a pop up/guest chef visit from the owners of Iggy;s in Nashville. That food was excellent. Otherwise the place was extremely noisy and extremely crowded. The waitstaff could not effectively serve everyone in that pandemonium. They encourage you to order tastes and then get more -- our first things came and were great. Our next round, we could not get the attention of our waiter, only one of the two things eventually made it to our table. And some of the drinks that were ordered never made it either. I would not go back -- noise level and chaos. Plenty of other tasty places to go.

This is specifically for the Poli Bros dinner in collaboration with Iggy's nashville. The brought their A game in carbohydrates and slayed the cocktails with a refreshing spritz and a homage to the publican with the art of choke.
