    From ease of making a reservation, modifying arrival time, hostess, greeting and upon arrival they even gave me a signed birthday card from the Prime Rib staff! What a classy thoughtful touch! Our Waiter was so attentive, kind and professional. The food was delicious! The Birthday desert with candle was yet another thoughtful touch making my birthday super special!! We loved it!! Everything was excellent!

    Birthday dinner was memorable from the food to the server (Stephen), the staff and all. Food was delicious and ambiance was great for a complete experience. Signature Cut Prime Rib was generous 16 oz medium rare with half to bring home, horseradish included fresh grated horseradish to make it stronger. Starters were Lobster bisque on point with flavor and portion: jumbo seared scallops well-prepared and ceasar salad; entrees accompanied with selected sides of baked potato and broccolini. Bread basket nice variety to eat while reviewing menu and waiting for meals. Dessert was the best to end the meal - crème brûlée, chocolate Cake and complimentary dessert with a Bday candle and signed card from members of the restaurant. Wine selection had good choices to pair with meal. Will return for special occasions and whenever it’s time for a special treat.

    It was my birthday and my experience with my waiter was horrible he forgot our meal. And when asked he said what steak and lied and said they will be out in 7 min took more like 45 that's when we ask for it to go I was over it I didn't get to chose a knife to cut my steak with my whole experience was ruined. He was off with us the whole entire night it was my birthday and I was ready to go after how me and my fiance got treated. Then to make it worse we left a tip base on how our experiences was with him and he act as if he didn't want to take it. That hurt my feelings soooo bad I don't want to return to this restaurant again if he had did a better job and not forget our main dish we would have tip way more we didn't even eat our steaks there just left

    The food service and atmosphere at the prime rib are always impeccable. We celebrated a birthday and we’re giving a nice birthday dessert on the house, but even if we had to pay for it, it would’ve been fully worth it. This is my second time going and there will be a third.

    The chef must have been off his game. I ordered medium rare ribeye and there was no pink at all. The table next to us actually sent their steak back. I did not because I didn't want to wait while my wife had her food. I only heard the comment that it was well done and not ordered that way. Good thing I did not send it back because her replacement came out after her husband finished. For the price, there should never be an issue like that. Otherwise, our waiter was very good.

    Ribeye had no medium in itbjust well done, tough and salty. Also was very thin. Grilled shrimp are spicy and menu doesn’t state that. Mashed potatoes were really good.

    The carpaccio was (overly) generous by its toppings, perhaps to hide the excessive moisture/limpness of the beef.. masking its taste. The Lobster Thermidor had a well-made tasty sauce and was crusted well… I just didn’t perceive much taste/heartiness of the lobster meat. Happy to have had it, though I’d try something else next time. Drinks were well-crafted. My server was excellent, consummate professional.
