Prime Rib is a contemporary fine dining restaurant, blending a historic steakhouse and cocktail lounge with distinctive twists. Highly personalized touches include a curated selection of steak knives presented to diners prior to entrees arriving and tableside cocktail creation based on guests’ preferences. White glove service without the white gloves... it’s hip - even a little provocative.

The vibe and energy from the lounge is fueled by live vocalists, while the bar and lounge serve crave-worthy cocktails that keeps guests returning to us time and time again.

Way overpriced for breakfast food & a buffet at that. By the time you walked all the way back to your table with your plate, the food was cold. The guy at the table next to ours asked to have his plate reheated in the microwave! $75 for that? Oh and they placed a 20% tip automatically to your tab, not sure why, waitresses didn’t do anything! So she got a $40 tip! Oh and a “service fee” was added, no idea what that was for! If I was ordering off a menu, maybe I could see $75 a head. My total was $250 for french toast & scrambled eggs!

Food was very lackluster for $75. Potatoes were hard and bagels were frozen. Very disappointed in today’s meal.

Very disorganized for the NYE experience! We waited an hour for our reservation that we paid $100 up front for. No communication at all. Service was very slow, there was no favors that was promised. The food and drinks were good as always although I ordered a medium well steak that came out medium rare. I just will not be booking an experience with them any time soon.

Worst New Year's restaurant I've ever been to. Not only did they change the menu that was different from the one on open table, they missed some key items one in particular that we were looking forward to having. If there was any more time between being seated at our table and between each part of our dinner I could have made our own quicker! The table next to us waited over an hour for an Tom Hawk steak cooked medium well and it was raw when they cut it. Not only they send it back they said they didn't want another one cuz they had waited over an hour for it! I know things become hectic at Christmas time and especially New Year's for dinners in a restaurant but when your Hostess take someone back to seat them and is gone for 10 minutes at a clip you have no idea what's going on. The least it could have been done was they saying go in the bar and have a drink which was not even the case until I suggested it to the manager when he came. Not only was he giving me some looks because technically I was only 7 Minutes standing when my reservation was supposed to be but I was in line for 25 minutes behind two other couples that were past their times as well. I was not satisfied whatsoever with anybody but our server who went well out of his way to try to make us comfortable. The rest of these people including the manager could go for a course on how to handle and speak with people. Last time I will be there!

Had a reservation for NYE dinner at The Prime Rib. The venue is beautifully decorated, with dark and rich tones. Service started out well but as the evening progressed it seemed a little chaotic and we saw our server less and less, ultimately waiting 20+ minutes between visits to get another round of drinks and someone else ended up closing us out. The signature cut prime rib and New York strip steak was good but the halibut special I ordered was extremely overdone and so dried out I could barely finish the last few ounces, which was a shame given it was priced at $70. The side dishes were 3/5, and could have used more flavoring, and were also very small in serving size. The cocktails were decent, but I’ve had much better at other steak houses in the city. I’d be willing to give it a try again on another night that is not as busy to see how it is.

Always a great dinner but New Year’s Eve service was not quite up to standard. Never followed up on coffee and dessert. Not much attentiveness paid and added in 20% gratuity which they never do for a table of 4.

Our dinner was outstanding! My husband had the lobster bisque which he is very picky about and loved it. Will be going back again!!
