    Join us at the Potted Lobster for our Game Tasting Evening. The 6 course tasting menu will be focusing on seasonal game, sourced from neighbouring estates and farms, using traditional and modern cooking techniques to give you a delicious dining experience. For further indulgence why not upgrade to our wine pairing package and enjoy perfectly paired wine with decadent smells, tastes, and flavours to match to each course. Our Game tasting evening is running on Thursday 21st November 7pm onwards, and on Thursday 6th February.

    Delicious food at every course. First time trying lobster. Would highly recommend The a potted Lobster for great menu choices and warm staff welcome. We will return.

    Excellent service, great food, reasonably priced. Noise level can be loud when busy, hard to hear each other or waitress.

    Absolutely perfect. Enjoyed the potted shrimp and crab etc but was blown away by the bream with dill. First class all round and the service was equally good

    Friendly welcome. Items on Specials board were not available. Both my Halibut and my wifes Lobster were overcooked. Very expensive. Gone downhill since last year.

    The food here is to die for. Scallops and sea bream were wonderful. Nice atmosphere, dog friendly and lovely staff

    Fantastic seafood and service at a reasonable price. The only downside on the night that we visited was the ambiance; we had a group of loud, tipsy women on the table behind, a party of four with a screaming babe-in-arms on the next table and, although we were sat in the non dog friendly section of the restaurant, there was a group with several yappy dogs sat in the dog friendly area.

    Very good food. Lots of fresh fish dishes, as you would expect. Early booking essential in the summer as no it gets booked up quickly.
