Great patio spot and lovely service. Food took a long time to get to the table and wasn’t hot enough. Drinks were good but pricey. Great spot on warm summer day overall.

We holiday in a Time Share in Thornbury on 3 different weeks each year for many years. We were amazed to see this restaurant so successfully rejuvenated including outside , inside, menu and service recently with the new owners. They are open for lunch and dinner each day except Monday and Tuesday. The menu has plenty of choices including and extensive number of steaks. Many of the meals are list the protein of the meal and the price and list the sides separately with the respective prices. Hence you can build your own meal to include just what you want. It is an upscale and the prices reflect the elegance of the offerings. One can still get a more modest meal at a reasonable price considering the quality.

Disappointed in the service, noise level of the music and the steak was so overcooked we ate about a 1/3. Three entrees were “warm” We had 6 of us and bill was $850. Disappointed.

The atmosphere is great on the patio overlooking the harbour. The food was mediocre, prime rib sandwiches were small with too much sauce on them, you couldn’t taste the beef with a wee bit of fries on the side. Buttermilk chicken with mashed potatoes was ok, no veggies included. You get a small serving of coleslaw on the side. Four little meals, one beer and two glasses of wine was over $200. Never going back!

Nice ambiance and location. Server was pleasant. Food was not hot. Charging for potato, vegetables and jus to accompany the steak is excessive.

Service was prompt, friendly and gave helpful suggestions. Food was good but for the amount paid, it was bordering on ok. It was also a special evening for us and beyond a verbal acknowledgement, nothing special was presented or offered. Probably worth a second trip but there are many other options in the area that would be chosen first.

Our server Mia was absolutely outstanding! Food was delicious but it is overpriced. $50 for a 7oz filet mignon with no add ons is very high. Veg add o is another $12. And sauce is $7. Bit steep and we are not cheap people. Having said that, we will continue to go here. Support local establishments.

Steak that melts in your mouth! Lots of staff, attentive & pleasant. Gorgeous harbour view. Pricy, but worth it.
