The dining experience was one of the best I’ve ever had! The waiters and waitresses were exceptional! The food was outstanding and the restaurant is absolutely beautiful.

We loved our experience at the Pony Room. We ate outside comfortably warm with heaters. Service was great and for a top hotel, extremely friendly and not snooty like some are. Great for families. We were all older and we could hear each other. Ambience fun. Highly recommend.

The Pony Room is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The food and service were outstanding, and our waiter, along with the sommelier, showcased impressive knowledge and passion for what they do. My wife and I went with our son, who arrived late, but the staff's patience and understanding put us at ease—there was no pressure to rush or order before we were ready. The sliders deserve special mention; they’re hands down the best I’ve ever had! We also love their concept of daily specials. We’ve returned several times now, particularly for the Friday fish and chips, which has quickly become a favorite. We’re looking forward to trying each daily special over the coming months, and if they’re anything like what we’ve tasted so far, we’re in for a treat. Michael, the Director of Food and Beverage, even took the time to visit our table and ensure everything was to our liking—a thoughtful touch that added to our experience. I highly recommend the Pony Room for anyone looking for a delicious meal in a relaxed, yet refined setting!

I normally have a wonderful experience when I’ve sat outside at the pony room. I’ve come a handful of times before. But this time, we sat inside and had not so great experience. There were children running around the dining area. Staff should had told the parents they needed to stop their kids immediately. Our waitress was very sweet and kind, but there were quite a few communication issues that seemed to happen with our food and the modifications we needed made. Just seemed like the staff and kitchen weren’t on the same page or communicating effectively. Lastly, the food is normally amazing but it was very lackluster. The swordfish bites were just blandly-seasoned white fish served with tartar sauce (value for money? Nope!). The broccolini was very boring, not seasoned well. The tuna was pretty good, it was better last time we came. And the lamb was actually consistently great (though my partner did point out that each chop was cooked differently). It was a real bummer bc this is one of our favorite places, so this experience left us feeling very disappointed. We’ve come many times before, sat outside, and only had good experience with good, staff, and other guests, so maybe inside is just not where to be? Doesn’t explain the food disappointment though.

Very nice. Yesterday we had breakfast , service was noyt great. Today we had breakfast. Christian was our server, very nice, great service, great suggestion.
