Staff were very friendly and food was excellent. We both had fish and chips, large for me, medium for my wife (medium was large enough for most people). Crispy beer batter, lovely fresh fish and fantastic chips! Incredible choice of desserts and best of all a bottle of Pinot Grigio blush for under £20 We were staying in one of the rooms which was also lovely and we would highly recommend.

Food and drink very good, all 4 of us enjoyed our meals but loud table next to us spoilt overall experience.

we went at 7pm on a Sunday and it was quiet. Ordered a carvery but as they had been quiet they were serving onto plates in the kitchen. Prefer to plate myself. Otherwise it was a good meal. Deserts are always great there too.

Great food over two nights. Staff are lovely and attentive. Nicely decorated rooms with pleasant ambiance. Highly recommended 👍

Really disjointed we dine with you here a lot, service was just not up to your normal standards, it wasn't very friendly, long waiting time for service & drinks & not even half the tables were occupied drink we asked for what we normally av to b told we don't do it but we always have done 🤷‍♀️ I just don't know what else to say tbh 😢
