   Great time, as always! Was crowded but that’s expected the day before the parade. Service was good considering how crowded it was.

   My wife and I grabbed a dinner before the comedy show on a Friday at 4:30. Dress code said business casual and multiple people told us the food is great. As a clarification, the dress code is hoodies and hats. I guess we should have known. It’s Southie after all. Food was A++

   Lively spot in Southie, with multiple sports screens, good beer, and yummy bites for brunch or lunch (maybe dinner too but we were there at noontime). My southern egg and maple sausage sandwich was a vast improvement over fast-food versions. My husband loved the short rib eggs Benedict. Both dishes were reasonably sized portions. We visited on a Saturday when it was busy and were glad we made a reservation!

   I love the bar itself but food and service were not great. Skip the food but hang out at the bar

   We made a reservation to see live music on Thursday night and called to confirm the band's start time two days before. When we got there, they had canceled the live music for Thursday night football (non-Patriots game). Understandable, but just frustrating that they didn't update their website accordingly or tell us this over the phone.

   Food was delicious, our waitress was so nice & polite. This might be my new place. Vibes were perfect. & the bartender made the drinks absolutely delicious. Now I understand why the lines are always extremely long.

   The waiter was new and dropped a glass and broke it. He didn’t know what type of toast they had, he forgot to add salmon to a Caesar salad, he forgot a glass of wine, got bacon instead of brisket, as a matter of fact the brisket was very fatty and the hollandaise sauce wasn’t what I expected. As a matter of fact they didn’t even have jelly for toast.

   Our food just wasn’t very good. I got the brisket eggs benedict and the brisket and egg was over cooked, the bread was stale, and the hash browns were undercooked.

    Great spot in South Boston! Loved being there on a sunny morning for breakfast. Had a great table by the open window. Started with the yummy monkey break then we each enjoyed egg dishes. I had the Brisket Benedict with home fries - very good. Great place to go for brunch.
