Gaylord offre l'un des plus beaux cadres de Kauai pour le dîner, le souper ou le brunch du dimanche. Situé dans la maison historique Kilohana Plantation, les convives sont assis autour d'une cour en plein air avec vue sur les plantations et le Mt. Waialeale au loin. Notre cuisine utilise uniquement des ingrédients frais et de saison provenant des agriculteurs et pêcheurs locaux. La ferme durable de 260 Km2 fournit une grande partie des produits et des herbes utilisées dans nos plats et cocktails. We have had dinner here multiple times over the years and once again it did not disappoint! I had the rack of lamb and my wife had the filet and both were outstanding. I have one complaint though…Each visit, going back over 20 years, I have always looked forward to the Key Lime Pie. This time I was told it was removed from the menu during the pandemic. I would respectfully request that it be added back to the menu. 😎 I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great dining experience.

My husband and I had lunch. We started with the fried brie appetizer, which we both enjoyed. The French onion soup was one of the best we've had in a long time. The flavors were well balanced. For the entrees, we had the chicken tartine covered in arugula salad, which was so yummy. We also had the fresh Mahi mahi fish and chips. The fish was so fresh tasting, the batter ever so light and crispy. I had the Caliente margarita, which hit the spot. The rock salt on the glass rim was an added bonus. Prices were very reasonable. Our server, Jessie, was so helpful and cheerful. This place is a must visit for food and activities whenever you're in Kauai. We took the pineapple train ride after lunch, and it was well worth it, especially feeding the pigs and horses. We also did the free rum tasting, so good. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately maintained. Oh, we also had the pineapple/vanilla swirl ice cream for good measure.

Leilani served us, and she was amazing! She handled the busy area like a pro! It was luau night so we were on the side patio, which was very quiet and pleasant. The food was incredible. So ono last night! Gaylord’s is our go to when we have guests visiting!

Great dining experience. I had the salmon was so delicious. My husband had the pulled pork. He loved it a glass of champagne to make my meal special. We always love dining here always great food thank you.

Lovely and gracious as always. Had a delicious meal with wonderful friends. The short ribs and stuffed shrimp were a big hit.

Everything was amazing! The Red Curry Salmon was so flavorful and perfect sized for lunch. The Pulled pork sandwich was even better with a grilled slice of pineapple, it could have had a bit more bbq sauce, but we also didn’t ask for more…
