Situé dans Trustees Garden, à seulement quelques pas de la rivière Savannah, ce fameux restaurant est l'endroit le plus historique de Géorgie.     Nothing like their website showed. Was disappointed in the food. It was alright but not anything special. I would not go there again.

    My wife and I went last night and we were definitely dissatisfied with our overall experience. Our waiter was disengaged, did not even introduce himself, and (I felt) he rushed us out as the kitchen was 45 minutes from closing. The first thing he said to us was “what are you guys drinking?” The food was okay but not worth the 100 plus dollars we paid for. For what we paid, I expected much more.

    We love Savannah and always look forward to dining at the Pirate’s House. We love the history behind it and the old time setting. The serving staff here are so great. The hostess could be a bit friendlier. The food is always delicious and the cocktails are tasty. I ordered a martini (Flirtini) that I had on previous visits only to find that they had discontinued it but one of the tenders knew how to make them and so I was able to get my wish. Will return again when visiting Savannah the next time.

    Overall a great place to eat. We have been visiting each time we are in Savannah since my youngest was 5 and she is now 17!

    Seated at a table in a corner, right next to a historic point. People constantly standing on top of us while we dined!

    I truly don’t leave reviews often but unfortunately I wasn’t pleased with our food last night at the restaurant. This was my second time at the Pirates house and my first experience a couple years ago was wonderful. Last night left much to be desired, our fried green tomatoes were cold and lackluster. My husband’s pork tenderloin was dry and tasteless. His mashed sweet potatoes were bland and cold as well. My hangar steak was supposed to be prepared medium and was over well done. A tour came through our area to go down to cellar and they bumped into my chair and coughed down my back while I was seated. To say this was the worst dining experience I’ve had in a while would be an understatement, I truly hope they do a better job in the future.

    Food and service were amazing!! We stopped in Savannah on our way to Hilton Head and tried this place, didn’t disappoint! I had the grouper and my husband had the blackened snapper. Delicious. 😋

    Such a great historical place with a “sordid” yet fun background. Some tours went past our table making it a bit loud a couple of times. Our waiter, a Tim, was quite knowledgeable about the history of the house. Food was okay. Not pirate themed at all, but fit the need.
