The Pink Cabana is an ingredient-driven restaurant featuring Mediterranean cuisine with a Moroccan influence. Designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the Pink Cabana is designed to be a fresh modern take on the great tennis and racquet clubs of the 50’s and 60’s in Palm Springs.

The Pink Cabana also specializes in elevated libations, featuring unique wines from Mediterranean climates designed to pair with all of our culinary offerings. We also feature a variety of craft and seasonal cocktails influenced by the Great Spice Route. With a wide range of specialty aperitifs and digestifs, the Pink Cabana is a highly curated wine and spirit destination.

It's my new favorite place for lunch and dinner. What fun and always beautiful people around. Food is excellent!

This place was not bad. But not great. I feel like the food was greatly priced but the value was not great. The young boy in black was very attentive. I came I tasted and I probably will return for brunch.

We had a blast! A couple large groups were pretty loud and partying hard, no biggy! Bachelorette parties are fun, lively, and expected…. and PC was obv the perfect spot for them to have it! Our waiter was great, our food was great, and the drinks were splendid! 🔥🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🔥 (a good time was had by all!) 💋

We had a wonderful visit. Our meals included oysters, two salads (including a pressed melon/staccato that was amazing!), and two entrees. The sea has was excellent with nice crispy skin and the steak frites was melt in your mouth beef with fantastic fries! Service polite and timely. The place is on the loud side and could use some noise buffering. However the effect did not dampen the experience significantly. The decor is beautiful, very visually rich and lots to look at! Oh, and our drinks were terrific!

Not up to what we’ve come to expect from The PC, unfortunately. • The Frito Misto was sparse with artichokes • Alaskan Halibut was a bare 4 oz, underneath it was unrecognizable, an odd purée which was NOT Brentwood Corn, two other items in the purée we could not figure out. And the COLD “Smoked Tomato Water” was just Weird and Wrong for a hot entree. • Service was adequate, not stellar as usual.
