The Pink Cabana is an ingredient-driven restaurant featuring Mediterranean cuisine with a Moroccan influence. Designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the Pink Cabana is designed to be a fresh modern take on the great tennis and racquet clubs of the 50’s and 60’s in Palm Springs.

The Pink Cabana also specializes in elevated libations, featuring unique wines from Mediterranean climates designed to pair with all of our culinary offerings. We also feature a variety of craft and seasonal cocktails influenced by the Great Spice Route. With a wide range of specialty aperitifs and digestifs, the Pink Cabana is a highly curated wine and spirit destination.

    The food and ambiance were great but the whole place was covered by probably two servers, one bartender, two food runners and one host. The entrees were not served for about an hour. Other issue was addressed on site but we asked for a cheese alternative on a salad and not due to preference but due to dietary restrictions and when we got the salad it was with the original soft cheese. They kindly took it away and when the replacement came back, it was the same dish just wish the alternative cheese added. So soft cheese is still very much present. They took that off the bill and gave us a replacement of another menu item. That I find appropriate considering they removed it from the bill. Though the issue remains at the treatment we got from the manager. He interrupted us explaining what was wrong with “how can I make this right”? And then argued back that the cheese in the salad was in fact Manchego and there was no Goat Cheese in the salad. The two cheeses are different enough to know. And I was showing him the goat cheese… Then the server came back with another excuse that the kitchen had added “crumbled manchego” and that wasn’t goat cheese. You could simply spread the cheese between your fingers, smelled and tasted (I tasted it to make sure) like goat cheese. Why the dismissing, gaslighting and excuses. Mistakes happen and they had fixed it. The treatment was just very poor.

    Absolutely wonderful We had the best experience our waiter a delight and very accommodating to special requests Food soo good The ambience poolside so relaxing and beautiful etc would recommend without hesitations

    We started with the mezze plate and frito misto. All excellent. Our party had the harissa chicken, pork chop, tagliatele, steak. All were served hot and were excellent. The restaurant was not crowded since it was a Sunday, but our waiter Eduardo(?) was terrific and the staff was attentive to refilling water, respectful about asking to clear plates. Some in our party had had a bad experience at the restaurant before - but last night it was amazing.

    The food was excellent, but Mel, our server, made the entire dinner tip top. She made suggestions for food. She talked about its taste. And she was able to corral six people into making decisions and into sharing. Overall, a fun evening of food, friends and service.

    normally i love pink cabana!!! when i made this reservation there was NO mention of it being a prix fixe menu of $149 per person with NO substitutions allowed. i am a vegetarian. they wouldn’t even allow me to do two second courses in place of a third course which were a steak or fish choice. basically i paid $149 for mushroom fettuccine and dessert. a real disappointment because it is one of our favorite restaurants in palm desert.

    Wonderful brunch menu. Eggs Benedict and salmon tartine were delicious! Cozy and super cute ambiance. Really good service ! We’ll be back!

    sadly this once great dining experience has fallen hard Food is mediocre at best, limited menu, service was miserable . Party of six policy requires an automatic 20% gratuity. We were 5 adults and a five year old who left 20 min into the meal and ordered a kids pasta but were still given the automatic 20% surcharge .

    Your waiter was Kurt, and when the young lady delivered our food, she almost slammed it on the table, didn’t say anything and turned around and walked away. I ordered the chicken, which was supposed to be a chicken breast and turned out to be a thigh with a bone in it and about 3 ounce piece of white meat. I had asked the waiter if this was a chicken breast with the skin on or off, which I wanted it off and he assured me it would be off. No there it was on.
